Awe I love it! She is such a sweetie, and SO smart! How long do you have these little "talk sessions" with her everyday? Or do you just talk to her throughout the day? I just talk to Calypso my grey throughout the day, I hope I am talking enough! She is trying so hard to talk, she makes the most silly noises! I got a kids sing a long cd, like you play for emma sometimes in your videos, and all my birds LOVE it! They get so vocal! You are such a good role model parront

Yeah, I am her favorite person, She doesnt like my hubby too much, That is why I was a little worried, But, She doesnt act that way for too long though, Just a couple mins. Does anyone elses grey stick their tounge out the side of their beak? like trying to lick something of the side of their mouth or something? Mine does this and it looks SO very silly! OH and does anyone elses Grey get scared of you when you come home, from being gone for like an hour? Calypso my Grey does this sometimes too, So I make sure I take the glasses of my head, cuz I thought that is what was scaring her, But she still does it sometimes, Even with out the sunglasses on my head...

That is no stupid question! I have one too, Do they blush when they are mad or nervouse? Or when they are happy and sharing an intimate moment with you like "lovethatgrey" said? My grey will blush in the shower, lol I always thought it was for happy times, but someone with a Blue and gold Macaw, said they blush when they are mad or nervous, I just dont know now...

Oh I am so Sorry Caitlin, I didnt see this post sooner, I havnt been on since you posted it or I would have replied sooner! You are not a bad parront at ALL, Everyone has given you great advice, Everything I would have said, lol...Espeacilly with the getting him out with one finger slowly, lol...I go through that with my Quaker sometimes, He is very territorial of his cage, So I just started swooping him up with my had while saying "step up" even though he didnt have a choice, haha, And if he tries to bite me while he is on me, I just "earth quake" him and he stops... Then I walk away from his cage and everything is fine... But yeah, Hang in there...I know you are GREAT to him, You havnt done ANYTHING wrong...Just look at that great cage with all those fun toys in it! Keep us posted...Things will get better

How wonderful! Congrats! My Calypso was born March 9th, So she is just about a month behind Adaya, Hopefully she picks up talking as well as your baby! Its ok ethier way though, It would just be a perk I just love to hear thier little human voices, its SO cute, YOu gotta post videos! WE WANT A VIDEO!!! If you can, That would be great!
