wow nice cage Lambert heres Rudys cage hers is 40x36 and real tall with the playtop on top the cage on the left hand side is her cage , she is standing on Opeys cage my quaker they hang out together

Rudy and me been takeing a hour nap before I go to work for the last 3 days, she is getting so use to them that she flys over to the couch and it's like she is waiting on me to snuggle with her and take our nap is this a good thing or could it be a bad thing? she actually sleeps on my chest with her eyes closed , I make sure she is very comfortable before I close my eyes and I don't sleep sound just incase just a short drift off but not totally sleeping, to scared to actually go into a deep sleep I have heard of to many people rolling over and crushing their birds , but she does go to sleep eyes closed and all

today I had Rudy on my shoulder and Pepper was on my arm notttttttt a good idea Rudy started biteing me on my neck not enough to draw blood but some pretty hard bites and she wouldn't stop until I put pepper back on his cage so I'am wondering is she jealous or what? she will go after Pepper any time she gets a chance so I keep them both away from each other , just wondering what this is about?

it's late but I took a sneak peek , they are so precious looks like they are resting very well , nice babies

my dream job would be to live in a huge houes and my only job would be to take care of my 12 to 15 birds of coarse I would have to have alot of bird rooms lol and I huge activity room kinda like an indoor jungle where they could all hang out and play and eat and I would hire a few bird experienced people to help me clean and take care of the birds , I know it's not a 9 to 5 job but it's still a job right? so does this count?

I just had about 8 people tell me from another forum to dump the corn cob bedding because it holds bacteria and it's real dusy so I dumped it and just going to use news paper until my hubby cuts me a peice of a white shower curtain and fixes it on the playstand , I went to walmarts and grabbed a white shower curtain tonight so hopefully that will work because it sure will be easy to clean

her cage is a Kings Cage and it's real easy to clean and take care of, off to make birdie muffins for Rudy's B-Day and I went to the bird fair yesterday and they all have tons of toys now I got really good deals on toys and walked away with 2 hugs bags of toys lol

I can't believe my baby girl is 1 year old tomorrow , time sure does go fast ,but she is miss independant theese days lol but she still likes to cuddle

she will always be the number one bird here and she gets lots of attention so she isn't lacking attention in any way in fact she gets more then the other birds ,Opey my quaker is number 2 bird but he pretty much occupies his time with his toys and food and he still gets along great with Rudy and my other quaker , but I try to give them all one on one personal attention especially on my off days , from 9am until 8:30pm they all get one on one attention, on my works days it's kinda hard but I get up early just to make sure everyone gets alot of attention before I have to go to work that afternoon

ok is Rudy spoiled or not? she will be 1 year old May 2nd and she is turning into a velcro bird or can it be that since we have added another bird that she is craving more attention , she has just gotten this way over the last 2 or 3 weeks and she has turned into a real cuddler , she wants to be cuddled every night before she goes to bed for at least a good half hour to an hour ,I just wondered if this is typical for her age or is she a little spoiled?

A friend of mine from another forum just made this for me , it's awsome :)I think she does good work

all went well , Peppers vet appointment went good and his blood work all came back good only one thing she said he could gain some weight he weighed 114 so all I can do is feed him good food and hope he eats it all

yep that MBS thing kicked in again today ,I just couldn't say no,adopted me a cute little Senegal from Pet Land ,so no baby grey here and part was hubbys fault because he was with me and he was in awwwwwww to so he paid for the bird and a cage , now I have to get him a few perches and some toys , we named him Pepper and he is 6 months old and he has his first vet appointment tomorrow, he made his self right at home lol I put him in the computer room and he was bouncing all over his cage playing with toys and eating food ,at least I didn't have to pry him off the cage bars ,o we think pepper is a male but I will do a dna test in a few weeks and find out for sure
