I forgot it's my name in another forum but I guess I could use it here to right?

the only place my birdies go is outside with a harness on when the weather is warm and to the vet when needed ,I really don't like everyone wanting to touch your bird when you take them to the pet store and I don't need any sick birds here

all my birdies love apple juice and Cranberry juice but they only get Cranberry juice once in a great while because of the sugar in it

ty Rudy's are not the pale yellow color it's a light yellow so that must be the straw color , Cody isn't 5 months old yet and his is starting to change already

I know their eyes change colors just not sure what ages they change, Rudy's eys are turning kinda of a yellow color and she will be 2 years old in May Cody's eyes are changeing already , he still has the black but alot of grey their to and he was hatched July 9th of 2010 , shouldn't they still be a solid black color?

can a tired person pay this game ?

I give Rudy and Cody their Palm Oil from a syringe,they only get a very small amount but they take it real easy , I tried putting on their veggies and it was a no go then I read something about giving to them in a syringe and it worked Cody still thinks he is getting formula which he does sometimes but if he eats alot of his food and veggies then he doesn't get formula that night , he is down to 2 or 3 handfeedings a week

to start with we have Rudy our little girl she will be 2 years old on May2nd 2011 and she is becomeing more independant every day but she still loves her cuddles and her attention then we decided to add another grey a cag this time but we were going to wait until next spring and adopt from a great breeder that was until I heard about Cody our new baby cag and his handi-cap, when we went to meet Cody it was love at first site handi-cap and all ,we have to be careful on how we pic him up and handle him because of his foot being turned sideways but he will grab a hold of your finger and step up and he is learning to get around pretty good and he flys really good and he will sit with you for hours and play with foot toys , I would be lost without my Rudy or my Cody , I just love my greys and I think everyone should have at least one grey in their house they are amazing birds

so far so good .I haven't smelled another stinky poop yet and things are back to normal ,it was a very stressful couple of days here for me , hubby and the birds , poor babies were locked up alot

I think thats the day we had to go to the funeral home to make arrangements with my husbands family , his mom passed Monday the 8th and the next day we had alot of stuff to do to , the funeral is tomorrow and things will be back to normal after tomorrow

he had some really stinky poop this afternoon ,trying to figure out why, he ate his regular pellet mixture , but this was late afternoon so he had not ate any veggies yet he has been eating his pellet mix , fresh veggies and he gets a night time handfeeding , sometimes if he eats alot of his pellet mix and his veggies we skip the nightly feeding , if he insists and gets loud then he gets a nightly feeding , I take it night by night with him because he eats so much and I don't want to over fill him could it be all the mixtures of different foods he is eating or the mixture of pellets and the goldenfeast? I checked tonight before he went to bed and his poop was normal and no smell

I hope Duke finds a great home

Cody is 15 weeks old now and to me he flys good he hasn't had any accidents yet and love how he hovers over something for a minute then lands for being a handi-capped bird he does pretty good

Cody will be 4 months old November 9th and OMG is he spoiled lol ,he thinks he should eat all his food on my kitchen table , ty my hubby for that one , hubby has been takeing his regular food , pellets and such to the kitchen table and letting him eat their because he says he eats more their and his water to and of coarse Cody eats his dinner (veggies) at the kitchen table to , all the other birds eat on their platytop cages but nottttt Cody , I never see him eat any food in his cage now I see why unless he may eat some at night or in the early morning and can he eat , he eats the most out of any of the birds ,almost 2 hours to eat his veggies tonight and cleaned the bowl out , I have a medium sized ceramic bowl I use for him and I'am glad he will eat anything he isn't a picky eater and he is weighing in at 430 grams now and he is fully flighted , just ask Opey lol he always like to fly on Opeys cage and when Opey see's him comeing he runs for the hills lol when I get a chance I want to get some after bath pics and post them I would have today but the batteries are low in my camera so sometime next week I can get some , he looks great all fluffed up and wings streched out
