I took Cody to the vet today to have his nails trimmed that went really well but he was looking at his wings and asked me if I knew that Cody has been chewing his wings? I kinda thought so because they don't look so great , and the vet asked me if I seen his parents I replied no I never seen either one , he says Cody is going to be a feather picker I don't know how would stop this behavior , he gets the best of food, lots of toys , tons of attention I don't know how to break this habit , the thought of Cody being a plucked grey does not thrill me advice needed or ideas needed

I have heard that Rose breasted Too's are more quiet then the other Too's not sure just what I have heard from some owners and breeders , I would love to have a goffins but I know they are loud lol so that would not work to good in a apartment , a few months ago at the bird store they had a beautiful Goffins their and loud was not the word for her I was in the store an hour and she gave me a nice headache by the time I left

It is beautiful outside and since I have the weekend off I wanted to get Cody in his new harness and leash and get his grey but outside , putting the harness on was a little hard but between me and hubby we got it on him and he loved being outside , we had a few people stop and ask about him on our walk around the apartment complex then we found a nice area to sit with him in the grass , all in all it was a perfect day theese pics are on our balcony and no thats not bird poop on the aluminum siding lol I found out it's dirt and I didn't notice it untill after we took the pics . so heres the pics

Talked to the breeder today and would you believe out of thoose blue babies she has not one single male , all girls so we have decided to go a baby girl and name her BlueBerry she will be sending me pics tomorrow and I will post them tomorrow

I recieved an email from the breeder today she has alot of babies to dna test and she is doing that tomorrow and then it will be a few weeks before she knows anything so I have to wait it out and I hate waiting lol so will post as soon as I know anything

all of mine love almonds, pecans and walnuts but they get them very spareingly

I have a handicapped grey named Cody , Cody will be a year old July 7th , his leg was broke in the nest box and it healed crooked but he gets around great you could never tell it unless you are looking at his leg believe me it doesn't slow him down one bit the only type of perch Cody has trouble with is a Boing anything else he can climb with ease plus he is fully flighted , the vet told me to keep him fully flighted it would help with his balance , Cody is a happy spoiled grey and we just love him so much Congrads on your new baby you will love him no matter what

hew sounds great I wish I could give a good forever home but I already have a $200.00 deposit on a male baby blue and you are far away from me , I hope you find a great home for him and ty

yeaaaa the breeder has some baby blues now but no blue pallids we are just going to go for a regular blue , she has to do some dna tests next week because I want a male not a female and then she willl let me know , until then she sent me pics of the babies now I just hope one of little blues is a male heres the pic

the lady made it for me tonight and I just saved it in my pictures go to settings on here then go to edit signature and upload it out of your pictures then hit save signature I like it but it's way to small and I can't seem to make it bigger

yeaaa but it looks like it shrunk lol
