Congratulations and welcome to the forum. Like Judy said, its unusual to see these two as cage mates, they must have a close bond. Love the names but my kids have voted for Mario and Luigi as its from their nintendo games. Please keep us posted. Cant wait to hear more about them both.

Does your grey adlib with his/her name? Mine all seem to lengthen their name! For example, Charlie is Charlie Marley. Keeko is Keeko Meeko, and Jasper is, yes you guessed it, Jasper rasper:laugh: They are so funny. When I uncover Charlie in the morning he will shout, "Charlie of the marley" but pronounce marley at least 10 times:laugh: Just curious who elses grey likes the sound of their own name.

Poor thing! Why would you want to trade your 10 year old Macaw? Its not something we do on here, we dont trade our birds, we love and care for them. Is there anything we can try and help you with, can you not just add a grey to your flock?

chezron, One of my greys once got the metal bit stuck on the end of his beak so I had to stop him from playing with these balls, like many other toys, as long as you can supervise your grey during playtime certain toys are okay, just keep a close watchful eye and watch for wear and tear.

Welcome dennisandholly, How old is your baby? Is she eating anything else other than her formula? My greys names are, Charlie, Keeko and Jasper. I also found it easier to get to know the birds personality first before choosing a name. Good luck and be sure to let us all know when you decide.
