I had a 8 photo picture story posted already.. but I took it down... It was of Anna's Tribal she got on the small of her back... I didn't think showing that was needed because I want a tattoo not her..

YES.. Full spectrum lighting is a must.. Did you know that even if you put your Grey on the window sill of your home and the sun is shining directly on him he is not getting any benefits.. The problem is your windows filter out the beneficial light rays that aid in your Greys ability to process certain vitamins.. Research it if you don't believe me... Get One...

But you have got to admit.. Ceasar gets everything and is quite spoiled. And he is just a bird. Can you imagine how I would treat a woman... Nevermind.. That' the subject of another thread..

I was on the streets of Brooklyn New York today... I happened upon a guy who looked like he was having a garage sale.. Way in the back of all the junk I spotted this awesome toy for Ceasar.. It WORKS TOO.. Plays all kinds of songs and flashes light all over the place... Forget to tell you. Yes.. and that is what ceasar does too.. The perch is just so they can take a 5 dollar wholesale scale and turn it into a 60.oo novelty item. Don't be fooled myfriend. You belong to this forum because you are smarter then the ones that fall for that marketing..

I agree with Judy.. Greys aren't 2 bird kinda birds.. Not in captivity that is.. Re-think your position here..

Boomer.. Don't spent that amount of money on a scale like that.. Search ebay for a gram scale.. They are dirt cheap.. The purch on top you can put on any scale and zero it... Don't get sucked into the 55.oo price.. Scales can be had for 1/3 the price.. Think about it..

I like that.. but I found a $19 postal scale that works great.. Ebay..

Snoozy.. I think the trick here is to make sure you get that poop while it's still soft.. When it hardens it's like epoxy.. Almost as strong as something NASA invented.. :P Poop off is what we use..

This is better for you.. you want the bird fully weaned.. It will be much easier for you..

Well, I am gonna miss taking Ceasar out.. Right now his wings are clipped and he comes with us in the car all the time.. Goes all over... But I am gonna let his wings grow out.. Then I will have to be careful.. So I think that harness will be a must..
