I turn these into swings and my birds enjoy them so much. You can usually use them on your counter top. But my guys like to swing. They last forever. I just now had to add a second one so we can play nice and not fight,lol

I am forever trying to lesson my load of work, especially has the years go buy and it seems harder and harder to keep up with things. Anyway i found a place locally that sells plexi glass that is either off fall or wrong cuts but anyway they sell by the pound for like pennies. My birds are soo messy when eating half of the food ends up in the trays or on the floor. So i attached these pieces of plexi to my cages and look day 2 no food on the floor. The pieces still have the plastic backing on it and you can find several of the same cuts so i did not have to cut any of it. Just thought i would share if anyone is interested.

I just spent an hour last month talking to my avian vet about supplements and vitamins. He felt there was no reason what so ever to add any of the stuff. If they eat pellets and even just a little fruit and veggie they dont need it. All the vitamins are in the pellets. I thought maybe mine was not getting it all because they really dont eat veggies only some fruit.

Be careful of those they are not for birds

But anyone can do this just change the size toys or parts. From greys to conures to cockatoos. Great way to clean out all those toy boxes with bits and pieces of half broken stuff.

Mine could not find anything in the blood work all is well and good just don't understand why they start these bad destructive behavior, especially when you try so hard to be a good bird mommy. Very frustrating. sigh!!!!!!!!!!!!
