I recently watched three peacocks strutting their stuff and I just had to share this with you all!!!! It was so appropriate!!!

The one thing I taught Ana Grey was to come to me. When Ana Grey wants to know where I am she calls out. I just started answering "Come here." Because our greys really do want to be with us (most of the time) when she flew to me I would give her a nut (almond/pecan) and a scratch on the head. She usually now comes when I call her, if she doesn't I assume she is upto no good!!!!!!

Congratulations on your new grey. Have you picked out a name yet? I know how excited you are as I had to wait 2 months before I brought my grey home and that was 2 years ago. They are fascinating creatures!!! Can't wait to see your grey's pictures and hear how the homecoming goes. Welcome to the Grey family!!!

LOL when I read the first post of this thread I thought I remembered back when you said these were two male greys. Now you have reaffirmed this and I'm sure they will work it all out.

Nice update on Issac. I'm not quite sure I agree with your reasoning about Issac destroying your shoes and shorts. So he moves to your furniture next and that's alright because he'll get over it. I suppose my attitude is different because I am older and know my grey/amazon and possibly my ekkie will outlive me. I want someone to want them and love them, not for them to be included in one of the rescues because they are destructive or a nuisance. It's something I think about all the time, these are my "children" a reflection of me and I want them to be socially acceptable. I enjoy reading about Issac he is a jewel and it is obvious he loves you. I always remember how much he missed you when he escaped. How he keep calling for you and how he came down to you. Made me feel all warm with his love for you. You certainly are a great parront!

Oh Kopi's messy face looks just beautiful!!!!!! I am overjoyed that Kopi is doing so well. Way to go you handsome little guy!!!!

Thanks for the new Dayo videos Dan. I always enjoy Dayo he is so smart!!!! I also need to thank Kim as she reminded me I have a whole yard of dandelions so I jumped up and got my little fids some. Louie loves them most!!!!!

What irks me most is when someone leaves their shopping cart in line and goes to get something they forgot!!!!

Oh it was wonderful to pop on my computer and see that Kopi is home, warm, safe and loved with his family. Strongly praying that the antibiotics do their job and a healthy Kopi is coming along. Be strong Dee for Kopi is so trying to get well for his loving family.

My Timneh, 2 1/3 years old Ana Grey, is my first parrot and I did some research before I chose a TAG. I have an older male Eclectus which is my second parrot and I chose him because he needed me. My third parrot is a 2 1/2 years old Blue-Front Amazon, who I am extremely happy with. If I had to choose again, I would still choose my TAG first. If I could only have one parrot she would be my choice, hands down. If I get another parrot, it will probably be a Congo. After that I'm done unless someone wants to give me a Hyacinth Macaw.

Don't forget the water in the cage, just in case!!!!!!

Oh I am so jealous!! My Ana Grey and Louie still think any outing is time for a jousting match. Ana Grey is quite lucky she is swift and Louie moves like a sumo wrestler.
