Why is it so urgent that your bird speak fluently? Is it a matter of life and death? You make it sound like the world will end for you if your bird doesn't talk. I am assuming you have a grey and it doesn't talk yet, well I hate to disappoint you but not all greys will talk, most do but a few do not and you cannot make them talk, they do it of their own accord when they feel like it.
I hate to say it but I will, if you got your bird only because of it's talking ability then you bought it for the wrong reason, there is so much more to a bird than speech, in fact the talking ability is just the icing on the cake.
Why don't you really read what you just wrote and think about it for a few minutes and see how you come across to other bird lovers here on this forum for your statement offends me.
