WOW that is amazing!! So cool!

We took Ecko to the beach for the first time last night and he really enjoyed it. We waited for the sun to go down because it gets really hot at the beach. I thought he would be a little scared because it was windy but he wasn't, he did great. He hated the sand though, lol I put him on the sand and he looked down and was like what the heck is that?! haha so he flew right back to us. He was making his noises and looking around. He had fun. Do you have some aloe vera juice?? If not purchase some of that, you can find it at Walmart in the pharmacy section. It helps with dry skin and scratching. Put it in a sprayer and mist him, let him run away just keep spraying him thats how you get him use to it. Also try filling the bath tub up with a little water and let him walk around in it, splash some water on him and get him wet. Try to do this atleast 3 times a week, they need baths. Good luck

Hi CatSnack! LOL I love the user name. Here is a link for bird safe wood. Make sure to use wood that is on the safe list. http://www.birdsafe.com/woods.htm PVC pipe is great to use also, a lot of people have made great playstands out of it. I do not know about the glue though, I have heard that some glues aren't safe so I'm not sure what kind you would use. Hopefully someone can help you with that. Good luck on making your playstand. Please make sure to share it with us when you finish it, I would love to see what you came up with.
