1. Hehe, it's in the shower! Flooding the living room is your gig, remember!! I think if I gave her the choice she would politely decline!
2. Well done Dee - he obviously loves his food which will make times like this so much easier! Hope med times continue to go so smoothly! x
3. Lol Jill - I know what you mean! The Scouts were in the front row of the audience, and they were almost more entertaining than the show!! Supernova wrote: Nice Flowers Bernie - you're forgiven!! Hehe Janet - You have the best of both worlds! Kid's on tap so you can go to the kiddie show's if you really want to without feeling silly - but only if you want to!!
4. Hi Lisa, Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. One of our other members just got her 5 month old grey last week, and she is worried about him hurting himself as he learns to fly, so she has turned a spare room into a "fledging" room, padding it up with old duvets and cushions etc. Maybe you could do something similar so at least your grey wont get hurt as he finds his wings! Then he will hopefully become more confident! Let us know how you come on. Lyn x
5. Off to do our bit for the community now and support the local Panto (oh yes we are!!) £5 for the ticket I don't mind, but sitting through an hour and a half of 79 squealing kids dressed up like old men is going to be a bit of a challenge!! Wish me luck!!
6. Hehe, sounds like you have it all under control! Thank goodness it wasn't your cooking to blame!! Hope the nursing continues to go well! x
7. Well, that is untill Thursday night when Mum is taking us out for another meal!!:silly:
8. Ah Thank you all! I had a lovely day! Sigh !! Back to normality now tho! xx
9. Ooh Jill - thanks for starting this one - I'm going to enjoy it! Now I have to go and find some new pics.... Dee's boys are cute, and I just love bella! Lily looks like a real character! I've never met a pug in real life! x

11. Thanks Jill, I spose it is horses for courses - they're all different! I would love Alfie to enjoy it tho! Fingers crossed! x
12. There are alsorts Jill, and I would like an expert opinion on this (Dan!) cos I'm scared to plug anything in around her!!
13. Smashing pictures Dave, thanks for the update.
14. And Bernie, glad you're hiving a good week! You can't beat the old "my crane is busted" excuse to get the week off!!

16. Brilliant! Thanks for finding and sharing this Dan!
17. It never rains but it pours! At least Java is calling to Juno while he isn't' with you, so he doesn't feel too alone! Hope your daughter isn't in too much pain - tendons can be sore and take ages to heal! x
18. Oh Dee - sorry to hear that! Is there any way you could let someone else "do the nasty bit" so you can rescue him afterwards? I take his meds are oral? You'll have thought of every angle to make it more pleasant for him - the spoonfull of sugar scenario? You will both get over this little hiccup tho and get on with your bonding! Keep us informed won't you. x

20. This afternoon I've had a lovely facial and a massage and this evening I am being treated out to a meal! Anyone would think it's my birthday!!!!!:woohoo:
21. I don't use my straightners around Alfie - mine are teflon coated so I use them well away from her! I don't use the iron around her either just in case! (or is that just because I don't like ironing - I forget!!)
22. We also really need a club for the weekend too - Sessions on Saturday and Sunday, or the like. It's just awful that all the poor souls who have to have a tipple at the weekend, have to do so without the safety of a legitimate club! Something for the new Mod to think on, although I'm sure she already is!!

Post edited by: pearllyn, at: 2009/11/17 17:14
