1. Thanks you two, they really are a good bunch, and yes Dee they all are FULL of personality!! Tia's fierce face wasn't really! She was about to lick her lips!! Thats as close as she ever gets to looking fierce - unless my mum comes round with her jack russel!! Haha yes Jill - I get asked about ahorsecalledgavin a lot!! He was born in 95 and his favourite toy was a rugby or football that he could kick about and chase. Gavin Hastings was making all the big kicks in the rugby world cup at the time! My Gavin would toss a ball in the air over his back then let rip with both back barrels and send the ball flying!! When we were naming him, he was my first foal and I went through all the dramatic names -storm, flash, lightening! Gavin stuck!! Thank you for the Karma Jill!
2. Lol Janet, I don't know if it will work like that!! Fingers crossed! At least Alfie has wome ways to go before she hits the 13 mark!!
3. So here are my non feathered crew (you've probly seen them all before, but I never pass up a chance to share photos!!) Tia(Chihuahua 27-4-06) Megan (Crossbreed 15-11-99) Gem (TB 29-5-88) Leah (TBxID 28-4-99) Gavin (TB 24-5-95) xx
4. Lol Bernie - blue is definitely your colour!! {Feel-good-0002006E}
5. Lovely pictures! How do you clean your perches! They always look brand new! As soon as I wash mine they change colour!! Thanks for sharing - always like to catch up with Emma!!
6. Hi Neil, welcome to the forum. Snowy is a real sweety! I think he might enjoy some toys too! Thanks for sharing.
7. Lol! You're both right - she knows what is wrong and just seems to love doing it!! I think she's a bit of a tom-boy!! Little girls just aren't that troublesome!!
8. We had a tree last year but of course, Alfie was scared of it so she stayed away. This year, she's getting bolder with our regular plants, so the tree might be different, we're still having it though - I think it'll be scary enough to keep her off for the three-ish weeks it's up! Will Harvey really be bold enough with it to land on it right off?! How brave!!
9. What unusual markings! She is a sweetie. Thanks for sharing.
10. Lol Dee, She has already swiped the K off the other keyboard, so maybe you're right! And I think Dan's big bucket of spare keys might work, if you put a big sign on it saying "PARROTS - KEEP OUT!!" Don't know what it is about them Jill - they're just irresistable to ALf!
11. I turned my back for two seconds!! She'd gotten the G off as well, but not managed to chomp it yet!! xx
12. Lol, You're right Jane! I realise that for her, taking the curtains off their hooks and chucking them is a game, but man, it's frustrating!! But she is funny Dee, and yes she loves getting a rise out of me!! Hahaha close enough Dan "uh-oh - I'll uh-oh ya"! Something that was said to me as a kid - right before I got into trouble, which was not very often (obviously!). But no, you're right - she doesn't care at all! In fact if you look close enough, I'm sure you can see her thumbing her little beak at me! xx

Post edited by: pearllyn, at: 2009/11/23 17:21
13. So, it's no news that Alfie is always up to something, but lately she's started to announce that she's about to be up to nonsense, but I usually miss that bit with the camcorder! And when I catch her mid-naughty, she knows very well she's doing something she shouldn't!! Kids eh!! Hope you and yours are all well! Lyn & Alfie xx
14. Hahaha smashing!! Did you all have fun doing it?
15. How handy! I wish Alfie would jolly well do that! Come to think of it, I would be happy if Alfie would eat her pellets out of her bowl - never mind off the floor!!

17. Ooh Ollie is just too cute! He's adorable, but so are Tiggs and Tevish! I'm not really into fish - not cuddly enough for me, but they are nice to look at - very colourful and I think sort of relaxing to watch! Jac is a beauty too - I love his markings! Thanks for sharing! Great thread Jill!
18. Hehe Dee! Funny pic! Well done for posting!
19. Acappella wrote: Lol - be careful with that - you may have a setback! Just take it slowly!! Seriously though, sorry you've been poorly, and I do hope you start to feel better soon. You've done right with your Dad - I don't go near my mum when I'm contagious! How sweet to hear Dorian say I love you! I bet that cheered you up! Feel better soon! x
20. What a great looking toy! I would love one of these for Alfie, but I haven't seen anything like that for sale in the uk, and I'm not clever enough to make one myself! Alfie is a fraidy cat when it comes to new things too - she takes 3 or 4 weeks to accept big toys, sometimes longer! Great pic - thanks for sharing.
21. Lol Judy - yes next week is fine! Dessert would most likely be something chocolatey or caramely! Or both!!
22. Lol that sounds familiar Shiela! Arabs on the whole have a huge, but unpredictable jump! Great fun!
