Zooky, You know how I feel, I shared that with you last night. I meant every word of it. You are a special angel and were meant to rescue Mende and give her the best life possible. I know with all my heart you are doing that. Bless you, and may this situation turn around for you. Remember, don't feel sorry for her, she knows no other way, this is normal for her, and it's because of you that she has been able to experience life. I have read this several times before. And I have head my kids read it more than once, as a reminder. (and they will read it here again today) I have taught them never to give out their birth date or what town and school they go to. You can't be too safe these days now that we have brought the outside world into our homes. I hope all parents here have their children read this, you can never be too careful when it comes to your children.

I think it would be fine. They love to chew on boxes, and climb into.

My in-laws live in Naples, FL. I wonder if we could get some palm nuts while we were there and bring them home. Maybe I could get less than 50 lbs. I'll have to look into it.

Spooky, just give her a section of the cardboard from the box. You can poke it through her cage, and she can still chew on it. It's worth a try, to satisfy her need to chew up the boxes.:silly:
