  1. Absolutely! Just double checking that you live in San Diego, correct? Rancho Bernardo area?
  2. You live 10 minutes from my home. I'd be happy to help you out! Just let me know. :-)
  3. It is natural. Makes her look even more special than she already is!
  4. Sounds like you needed to add more liquid, or even a sweet potato. I make birdie bread every 3 weeks using Harrison's pellets.
  5. Call your vet's office. Many vet assistants also moonlight as pet sitters on the side. It would be comforting to have someone caring for our pets who also takes care of pets professionally.
  6. So friggin' cute! Now I wanna teach Maalik how to do that!
  7. Perhaps it was me. I've given Maalik the stink eye if he ever bites. He used to bite when he was around 2, but is much better now. He's 3.
  8. The bigger, the better! My grey utilizes every inch of his cage, except for the very bottom.
  9. Haha Sterling! Greycie Mae's mum on the subject of going. Don't blame her in the least! I pop in and out here. Wish there was more action, but am appreciative of the solid info provided on this forum.
  10. We have 4 German Shepherds. When my fids are out, the dogs aren't allowed in the same room as they're in. I have a dog gate across the entry way, and we've hung curtains that we draw above the gate. Works great for us!

    Poppy

Beautiful baby! Are you planning to leave her beautiful wings intact?
  12. What cuties! I have 2 dusky conures, and a pineapple GCC, plus 6 other fids. My pineapple is such little snuggle bug! Thanks for uploading your babies' pics for us to enjoy!

    New Cage

Maalik likes to shred dampened paper towels, of all things. Heck, it's a cheap 'toy'!

    New Cage

I'm not a big fan of dome topped cages. Grays love to hang at the top for one thing, plus there's less room to hang toys. My vote is for the first one on your list.

    New Cage

The taller and the bigger, the better. My grey spends all his time at the top of his home, and very rarely at the bottom.
  16. Day 2: He won't touch anything in the bowl. As a matter of fact, he's staying completely AWAY from that side of his cage! He didn't even touch his fruits and veggies that are in another dish next to the evil bowl.
  17. Well...so far Maalik thinks the new food is a dangerous creature lurking inside his bowl! Guess I'm going to have to put less into his bowl until he concludes that it's not going to attack him.
  18. My food arrived today! They threw in a sprouter as a gift, too! Looking forward to feeding Maalik his new food tonight! I also bought my Eclectus some of their food as well. The product looks really good!
  19. Is that tiny cage the one she lives in, or is it a travel cage? Greys need BIG cages with lots of toys to help keep them entertained and mentally healthy. I also agree with the others. Try treating her onto your arm resting on the top of the cage.
  20. Did they contact you after placing your order to say that it had been backordered? Because I didn't see that mentioned anywhere during or after the ordering process.
  21. All I can tell you is that I didn't think anything happened when I clicked on the drop down menu. Lo and behold, I stayed on the same page and scrolled down a bit to find that the clicked on info was there. I think I have IE11 click shop>bird-elicious and then scroll down. Very weird site, but the stuff does magically appear. Also tried it with google chrome and firefox, and the links also work.
