I think animal lovers will get a kick out of this one!

It is so exciting when they start using new words and phrases Not much doubt about what he wants with that one, and he's turning into the "imperious" grey we all know and love! When Timber says "come here" you can tell he expects his command to be obeyed pronto
Good job! It will be well worth the effort if you can get him out and about. We have too many predator type birds in the area for me to use one. I'd love to be able to though!
Give him time with the stand you built. It took Timber 3 months to venture on to the boing I hung from the ceiling. Some things they take to quickly, others not so much. That's another example of "grey time." I have found greys to be "needy" in the sense that they want and expect your attention as much as possible. Timber is about 6 now (he is a rehome so I don't know for sure). He will still sit on the edge of his cage and give me the baby bird cheep when he wants to get on my arm for a cuddle session. With time and patience, I think you will find your life with Archie to be very rewarding. I know I have!
Hello and welcome! Timber doesn't screech or scream either. He does imitate household sounds and other animals, like my cats. It is very early days yet in your relationship. Your baby will probably start vocalizing when he is comfortable and acclimated to your home. Good luck and God bless
What a neat video of Lucy! I really enjoyed it. I could pick up some of the words, and could sure hear the dog imitations. Was that a chicken I heard at one point?
Cute pics! They do really hate having anything on their beak. By the time you get home he will have probably found a way to rid himself of the offensive rope.
Hello and welcome to you and Archie Why don't you post some pics and tell us more about your life with Archie? If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask.
They practice, practice when you here all that gibberish, then surprise you with clarity. Always reminds me of babies. Babble, babble, the it gets clearer and clearer
Since I got the steam cleaner, the steam alone usually does it. For quick wipeups, I just use hot water or vinegar and water, depending on the size and area. I use apple cider vinegar.
