  1. Sounds like it would be worth a try! It took weeks for Timber to decide to move from his rust bucket to his palace. I was fortunate enough to have room to let them sit side by side until he made the transition.
  2. So pleased your dreams are coming true, but moving is such a job. Good luck and God bless!

    What a pretty baby!
  4. Love the "what the heck are you doing now" look...
  5. I was able to view the video from both links. What a sweet girl!
  6. I don't know of any breeders either. I'm in the middle of the country in a rural area and there are none around here. I rehomed my Timber. There are others on the forum who will have suggestions when they see your post, so hang in there!
  7. What a blessing and what an inspiring story! Your perseverance and God's grace made it possible. So glad you are ALL home safe
  8. Great pics! They do seem to love hanging upside down from whatever is available. Gotta love that "cardboard joy" too!
  9. That's great news! I'm sure you are feeling so relieved...
  10. I was shocked and saddened to see this! Dave was such a great help to so many. Peace and prayers to his loved ones.
  11. Happy birthday Corky! Hope your wife is well and your computer fixed Ray!
  12. I feel you pain. Timber isn't a nut lover either. Feathers and parts checked, he is definitely a grey. He will eat a nut occasionally, but isn't crazy about them. Even sunflower seeds leave him cold.
  13. Congratulations on your beautiful new baby! What a sweetheart. The human heart has the capacity for much love. You will never forget Django, and he will always have a place in your heart. That doesn't mean there is not plenty of love for a new baby, and is in no way a betrayal. God bless
  14. Hello and welcome to you and Jason! He's a beautiful grey
  15. Timber is a thin cardboard lover also. I try to keep some sort of box going for his shredding pleasure. The mess is worth the satisfaction it provides them!
  16. There are programs you can download that allow you to edit and upload clips from your security cam. I had one when I was working. I'm thinking the software I used was Blue Iris. I was never very good at editing though! My camera was low end, and the audio was not great quality. The camera placement was not conducive to a really clear picture either. It served its purpose well, I could hear Timber and see what he was doing from work well enough, but I wasn't thrilled with the video I uploaded here. If I could have gotten the camera closer to Timber's cage it would have been better, but that wasn't realistic for every day use.
  17. That's great! Not like the great outdoors, as you say, but as close as you can get without a harness
  18. Yikes! I'm careful about a teflon ban, but reminders are good.
  19. LOL Loved the video! Zoe is a great talker.
  20. Have a happy and blessed New Year Dave!
  21. So glad to hear Sukei arrived safely! Prayers that she is well taken care of and that the paths smooths out.
