I agree with Judy, you gotta look at his eyes, they will tell u a lot. in his cage he feels like a king in his own territory. wow...this is so cute. I love the wy they teach each other. I noticed this when I played a video Cookoo (my brothers grey) for Kookie. He went nuts and kept reaching for the laptop wanting to lick the image of Cookoo, then in fw minutes he was repeating the words of Cookoo who is an amazing talker. I am sure that he learn more from the video of another grey talking than from me..this is amazing {Nature-00020095}{Nature-00020095}

No thats perfectly normal, this is not molting, its called preening, they do that a lot, they rub their back (preening gland) and preen their feathers. The small soft grey feathers that fall are normal, this is how the big feathers grow, you will get used to that. About sneazing, are you sure shes not in a cold drift area, greys like warm weather, just be sure shes in a warm spot at the house. {Nature-00020095}

Hi Everybody, Thanks for all your comments and feedback. I will surely try to check with the vet before I attempt to do the perch. I am not sure but I think regular cement might be unhealthy. I will also ask about clay (like the ones used by children, it might be safer). I will let you know the answer as soon as the vet comes back from vacation. I would rather throw the toys also, but if you wanna keep them, then put them in a 30% bleach solution for 5 minutes, then you must rinse them well and you can also consider boiling them, I have done that even for the wooden perches and they came out clean. I have kept them in the sun for a couple of days and they dont smell like bleach. {Nature-00020095}{Nature-00020095}
