Hi Jennifer, if after contacting the defaulting company by telephone you still do not receive adequate satisfaction, I would then contact my credit card company and tell it of the situation and see if it will let you deduct the amount of the goods you did not receive and if they will likewise not pay the defaulting company that amount. Unless you contact your credit card company it will not know there is a problem and perhaps your card company can get this resolved for you. Good luck.

Hi Jennifer, welcome to the family. Before I got my Timneh, I wrote down a zillion names and in the end I named her out of the blue with a name not on my list. The right name will come to you and when it does it will seen so right! Hope you get a chance to post some pictures, we do so love pictures!!! So glad you decided to join us!!!

Empera, it is snowy here as well, hopefully it won't turn to ice. I'm so happy to hear Merlin is better! You will be a great avian vet as you have already cured one patient in Merlin!!

Nikki, I have a 4 1/2 month old baby that the breeder unfortunately clipped before I purchased her. That of course is "under the bridge" so to say. Ana Grey flaps her wings all the time and is always trying to fly. The first time it really scared me because all my floors are hardwood, and it scared her too. But that hasn't stopped her. Now, she is getting more confident and is always trying to fly. I am home all the time so Ana Grey is usually out of her cage except at night time. I can't wait until she is fully flighted and, of course, neither can she!!

I love Ana Grey because she is independent and has a mind of her own. She is very straight-forward with what she wants and works to accomplish her goals. When she wants a cuddle she just comes over and gives me a nibble to pick her up for a cuddle. If I stop stroking her head and back and she still wants a scratch she pulls at my hand with her beak and if she is tired of being petted she bites me. Her body language so far has been easy to read. She barks like a chihuahua as her contact call and has started to mumble sometimes, though so low I can't make it out. She is a jewel and destined to be my longest and best friend.

I'm very sorry to hear that things are not getting better for you and Shadow. Only you know what is best for you and your whole flock. You are a good and caring person or this would not pain you so much. And in the end, you will know what is right for everyone's happiness. My thoughts are for a happy solution for all of you. David there is a thread on the forum on which various members posted their cages. It might help you. My grey's cage is alot like the one Dave posted. Tomorrow will be a great day for you, I hope this grey is the one. They are certainly a joy to have around and quite entertaining!!! Good luck!!

My baby Ana Grey always does this. Her water dish is on the opposite side of where her food is. She is either washing her food or washing her face, or perhaps both. I think it is just a normal thing they do.
