  7. We all get busy, I'm sure time will fix everything. Like you said there has been some improvement. I love hearing all the noises they make and trying to mock them haha. That really freaks them out haha. Hope you had a good Christmas as well and it seems your new year is off to an okay start
  8. haha No more left overs here Joe. haha well I just wanted to be sure I was hurting him.
  9. These noodles are romain(sp) noodles, I looked it up and onions kill their red blood cells. I guess they are not as dangerous as avocado though?
  10. From what I could see he mostly ate the cabbage and the noodles, I don't think he ate any for the green onion. They were sliced up so if he did I don't think he got much.
  11. I was eating Chinese coleslaw it has bracoli, carrots, green onions, noodles, cabbage, and sunflower seeds with a red vintager dressing. I sat it down on my lap to grab something and Cosmo ran over to it and took some bites he seemed to like it but I took it away quickly not knowing if anything was bad for him.
  12. Awesome, yeah I have been riding since I was 11. I started riding at Snow Shoe West Virginia. It is about 5 hours away from where I live, so I go to a small place near by called Winterplace it is in Beckley, West Virginia and only an hour and half away. I have actually watched a lot of Miller's films, I use to race atv motocross and he did films for the Bomb Squad, Divison Four, and others. I actually recently sold my Burton to get Cosmo, and I am looking to get a new one soon. Hopefully the Shawn White board.
  13. Well they have a little tab at the top so you can remove it from whatever it is suctioned to. He pulled that little tab haha.
  14. haha I know I am very hard to please. The other morning I had to go to my grandmother's for Christmas and he would not go in his cage for anything. I eventually had to just pick him up under his wings and set his feet on a perch haha.
  15. haha yeah he always pulls on the suction cups I usually catch the perch before it falls. I wasn't paying attention this time haha, I was lucky he didn't grab lol. Yes, I love him beyond belief, thanks for the comments
  16. Few pictures from over Christmas, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday I did. Anyway I couldn't find time to post on here to wish everyone Merry Christmas so Merry Christmas haha. Anyway had a great time with Cosmo, only one sort of bad accident. When I was taking a shower with him I was washing my hair and had my eyes closed and Cosmo peeled the suction cup off his perch and it fell with him and he landed in the bottom of the shower he got pretty wet and kind of mad. Not at me thankfully. I fixed his perch and set him back up there then he just kept blowing me kissed and say "I ove you." So he acted fine, but I still searched for broken blood feathers couldn't find any so he was okay. I was wondering how dangerous chocolate is to them I know it is bad and to never give it to them. But, I was eating chocolate candy and he was on my lap, I didn't give him any but after I was finished he was tasting my fingers. There was no visible chocolate on there just a slight smell of it. I had wiped them off on a napkin but didn't wash them. Just wondering if that was still bad?
  17. Cosmo is doing very well. I use to worry about him not wanting come out, well that is out of the question now. He will come out any time, though it is getting aggravating putting him up to go to bed or if I have to leave the house. He will climb up my arm when I try sitting him on his perch and sit there till he can make his escape to my shoulder. He doesn't bite me or anything he just doesn't step down to his perch. I don't want to make him mad, but I don't want to be too easy on him either. What should I do?
  18. Thanks for the comments, that's awesome. They must have been brothers haha
  19. Oh he is a blast. I took him to get his nails trimmed today, but the person wasn't there to do it. So he still has talons haha. He was very well behaved around other people though I was very proud of him. He got some popcorn when he got home
  20. Yeah I know he will, I love him to death. If he only knew how much I love him did you check out the video?
  21. Cosmo has now been with me a month, and he turned 5 months old yesterday. He is doing wonderful. here are some pictures of the little guy and one video of me turning him on his back.
  22. I defiantly haven't known you that long, and will defiantly miss hearing your advise and reading your posts. Take care and best of luck to you.
  23. Ouch, yeah I hate sometimes when you can't really read their body language. Sorry to hear about your bite though. I think it hurts my feelings more than physical pain when a bird bites me haha.
