pasta

I usually mix baby food in with my pasta, all the supermarkets offer a great choice, mine love the smooth carrot one ! sometimes i mix scrambled egg with pasta or as a treat i grate some cheese.
5. either of these Uk sites sell palm nuts. http://www.robharvey.com/ http://www.dietecuk.com/
6. In the UK some breeders ring their greys others dont, the majority of breeders will supply a hatch certificate.
7. Not long now Hannah how excited are you
8. Males can act the same, i have three male greys & they exhibit similiar behaviours.
9. Hi Bonnie , as for talking, just talk to her, you will know if she is intrested/listening to you they tend to tilt their head a little to one side As for games they are all individual what one may like another may hate, mine like throwing toys on the floor & watching me pick them up
10. you are correct, a correct clip should still allow a bird to glide gently on landing & not drop like a ton of rocks.
11. BMustee i have heard of people doing the second choice "the force " where they get their grey & snuggle him in a towel, just my personal opinion but i don't agree with it & i don't think it is the direction Ronda should take, it may not have the desired effect & could set sweetheart back a long way.Thats not to say it doesnt have the desired results with other birds.I just dont think it is of any benefit here as Ronda is doing a fine job & may just have a timid/shy bird.
12. Yes you can sprout the beans, mung bean the popular choice, here in the UK Ronda the majority of sprouting mixes available contain seeds & beans
13. Two steps forward, one step backwards, your get their girl
14. dont know what made me think of brussels :pinch: Did you know that sprouted seeds are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes & antioxidants. Many people believe that sprouted seeds are one of the most nutrional foods you can give your grey. Sprouted seeds are at their maximum nutrional value at the very beginning of the sprouting process. They may be kept in a fridge for a few days where they generally continue to sprout, i keep mine in a little clear bag
15. Patience is the key Ronda, it's still early days you have a lifetime to enjoy her just carry on being confident around her & you will have a happy, content well balanced grey sounds as if you are making great progress to me, fancy coming to sort my 4 out ?
16. Ronda she really does sound a little darling, you are doing everything right, her step up sounds great & is probably the most useful command anyone can teach their grey. night night is a good one for them to learn, when i use bye bye i always finish will mummy loves you & ill be back soon
17. maybe she still hasnt gained all her confidence yet ? Ronda does she step up for you ?

Post edited by: lovemyGreys, at: 2008/01/24 14:43
