She did this to herself. I just put in the bowl of water and she goes to town.

It took me 6 months to get my grey to take a bath. In the mean time she was misted. I would put a bowl of water in the cage with some veggies in it that would sink. I did this in the mornings for about 30 min before the first feeding. She would have to get wet to get to the veggies. Now she well jump into a bowl with no problems and get a bath. I dont like the idea of forcing a bird to do anything.

Why it is the batterers always go dead when there is a good photo op? Anyway got one shot and it wasn't very good and now my batteries are on charge. Here is my baby again.

I have yet to really get a bite too. The secret is to know your birds moods(body language) and not push it. Love all the great ideas.

When he bites are there other people or birds near you? Sounds like he is very much in love with you. My amazon well give me nips if someone gets to close when he is on me. He is tring to protect me by telling me to move away from the strangers.

yes when you can you want to leave the babies with the parents for a time. But in my case with my blue quakers the male eats the eggs. So I pull.

No I have not bought eggs feeding day one babies is a chore and so many things can go wrong.

Only time I dont use my ceiling fans is when my birds are out of the cages.

Id take him to the vet. Could be an infection or something with the crop.

After I buy a house somewhere out of the way I mean way out of the way somewhere they well never develope. Id invest the rest so I could live off of it and never have to work.

My friend who has the 40 plus breeders makes that some times. Her grown brother likes the pudding one too. lol
