  1. You must have a great camera and those pictures are so cute especially the first one of him peeking out of the blanket, thanks for sharing them with us and looking forward to seeing more.
  2. Hello Zoe and welcome to our family. That is sad you had to give up Bubbles but hopefully now you will be fully committed to sharing your life with one of these awesome creatures and no matter which way you go, a baby or a rehome older bird you won't regret it, thanks for sharing a little about yourself and looking forward to hearing all about this new addition when it happens.l
  3. Congrats on taking in this grey in need of a new forever home, take everyone's advice thats already been given and just give it time and be very patient with him as he settles in and feels comfortable, you can't rush the process so take is slow and easy, the rewards will be great.
  4. That was truly awesome and we all know our greys are smart enough to use it, wonderful video, thanks for sharing it.
  5. I love these zons but not enough to have one, thanks for sharing.
  6. Ray is so right on this one, no doubt in my mind, our wonderful Dee.
  7. Wow your photos make me want to come visit this place and your pictures are so clear and bright.
  8. I love your version Dan, thanks for sharing it with us.
  9. Congrats Dee, I agree wholeheartedly that you are the best choice for this room, what you have accomplished so far with Gilbert is no small feat and think of what there is yet to be, welcome to the team.
  10. Thats very creative of you to make your own and Storm is adorable on them, he is still young enough to still have those dark eyes, great job.
  11. That was an amazing video, it captures the wings beating in flight so well, now that you have mastered it please indulge us with more.
  12. Welcome back and its good to hear from you again, Ragga Muffin looks adorable and please indulge us with some stories you must have since you have been missing from the forum.
  13. He looks wonderful and from that first pic looks like you have no trouble keeping the floor clean, what good little helpers they are, thanks for sharing them with us.
  14. Happy Hatchday today for Jasper and the same tomorrow for Tico, hope your respective days are wonderful ones.
  15. What a lucky fid to have that setup but it is a good idea to protect the ceiling for greys can be destructive if allowed to get to certain things, Darwin your new home is ready.
  16. Congrats on your new arrival next week and do not put so many toys that your baby cannot move around without banging into them, just a few to start out with and then you can rotate them out from time to time, it helps to keep them from getting bored with the same toys. She needs to be able to open up her wings and flap without hitting them, I hope something with a bell is one of her toys as most greys love bells, my favorite is the stainless steel heavy duty one for they cannot tear it up but love to hear it ring, my Josey would be lost without hers.
  17. Some just aren't cut out for parenthood but Audi and Opel stepped up to the plate and took over, what wonderful birds, they look awesome.
  18. A little tangerine now and then won't hurt and they are good, too bad they are so small because its a lot more peeling in a container of them than the bigger oranges. But of course they want whatever you are having, if you are eating it then it means naturally its to share with them, suffer the consequences if you don't!
  19. You got it but that first pic is a little frightening, is that you in the morning before you have had your coffee!! Now the second pic is of an adorable looking grey, now he is a handsome fella.
  20. Did you try putting them in a picture hosting site like photobucket.com as it is the site a lot of us use to share pictures, its free and you copy and paste the link to the photo in the thread, try it.
  21. Emmy is quite a doll baby, she has been the easy one but Dutch will come around one day, maybe not in the near future but he will need work. Just keep doing what you are doing and don't push him. About the spaghetti she could have some of it with a little sauce sticking to it but not the other stuff on the plate especially the onion I saw on it, my grey loves spaghetti or most any kind of pasta.
  22. Henry sensed the fear from his previous owner so he reacted accordingly, you on the other hand do not fear him so things are going much better plus you are allowing him to make some decisions for himself and it goes a long way in developing that trust you have to earn from him, I'd say you are well on your way to achieving that, just continue to do what you are doing.
  23. Josey mostly eats inside her cage but occasionally brings something out of her bowl to eat at the open door of the cage, she usually eats her dinner on the playtop but she is a dunker too, I hardly ever see her do it but the evidence is always obvious so her water bowl has to be changed often.
  24. I have no problems with the pm system but I use IE and always have, its what I am used to and if it ain't broke don't fix it.
