1. Cd is correct about the full spectrum light. We have one for Talon's play cage, and she prefers to go there only when the light is on. She really seems to enjoy preening herself under it.
2. Talon has one of those except it's white. Do you think they could play a duet one day??? {Nature-000200C9} Oh and by the way CD, I got mine at a tag sale for $3. {Emotions-00020075}

Post edited by: Talon, at: 2007/06/28 03:58
3. Talon could still fly after she was clipped. She would land on the floor because she couldn't get any height. But that was too dangerous because we have 2 cats that would eat her up in one bite! :evil: sO we let her wings grow out, so she would always land high enough up to stay safe.
4. I thought about doing that. But I'm afraid I won't remember where everything goes, and Talon has a fit if I change things around in her cage!! {Feel-bad-00020063}
5. Well, Talon has been known to bite on occasion. I really have to watch her body language. Sometimes I'm so busy, I forget she's on my shoulder, she bit me near the corner of my eye last night!! {Feel-bad-00020080}
6. Yup! I'm always reminding everyone to "CLOSE THE DOOR!!!!!!!" {Emotions-00020077}
7. We bought the small for Talon. Her weight is 298 grams.
8. Talon will do the same thing to one of my kids. She will attack him if given the opportunity. I think she thinks it's a game. He is the sweetest of my three boys, and never done anything to her to provoke her behavior towards him.
9. A tongue piercing??? Now that sounds painful!!!!:ohmy: Close to the bone is a bit more painful, but it couldn't possibly be worse than your tongue!! Yikes! {I will answer your question by pm.}
10. There is a lot if opinions posted here already about this. Everyone seems to do what works best for them. if you read them, you'll find some very good information.
11. I buy it at a small pet store here. It works really well, and is pet safe.

Post edited by: Talon, at: 2007/06/27 22:57
12. Karla, you are so funny! {Feel-good-0002006E} If it was that bad, I wouldn't have more than one! It does depend on where you get them...............
13. Good one Judy! And go for it Melissa!!:woohoo:
14. Judy..........................me too!:whistle:
15. Well, that makes 3 of us. Because I think Judy is right on with her advice!!
16. Yes, she sure is............{Feel-good-00020114}
17. Judy is right! We thought Talon was a boy. The breeder was certain. But after 1 year, we found out he was a she!! It does make you look at them differently when you find out they are a cute little girl instead of a tough little boy!!. When I received the phone call from the vet congratulating us on having a girl, I said to Talon, "Your a little girl!" and she said "YAAA!" The hardest part was getting used to saying SHE instead of HE!! Especially while typing posts!!:pinch:
18. No shots are needed. The vet will do a gram stain as well, which checks for many different types of bad bacteria that they might have. Good luck with your baby! Do you have a scale to check his weight on. If not, definitely purchase one asap.
19. Lidia Those are beautiful pictures. Thanks for sharing them with us. Is that what you call them......Tristram's Gackles? I've never heard of them.:dry:
20. Yup! Definitely caught my attention! :woohoo: I have 8 tattoo's, but 2 are not for public viewing as well. Perhaps a private viewing could be scheduled for those...........:whistle: I'm afraid there is no waiting list, like Islandgirltexas. :unsure: Pictures, I don't know if that will happen.....:pinch:
21. I use something called Doo-dissolve. You spray it on, and wait a little bit, then it comes off very easily.
22. Talon
