Wow, what a trip it was. While I did miss home and my friends I was able to make the best of the "cruise" I was on .. I want to take a minute and share some stuff with all my friends here.. OK.. so it will be more then a minute.. I promise not to waste your time.. OK. Most of my "vacation" was spent taking pictures as usual.. Most of my friends that were with me didn't understand this passion I have.. Perhaps you will.. At least I think you will anyway.. I call this thread Cars, Planes, Ships and Motorcycles because those are all the vehicles I road on while on vacation.. All in one week too.. We were on the Freedom Of The Seas.. It's the worlds biggest Cruise ship.. Big doesn't really begin to describe this ship.. It's so BIG the doctor on board told me that the number one illness on board is a heart attack.. When I asked him why that was he told me that tall the walking and running around the ship causes the older folk and those out of shape to... well... have chest pains.. Here's a shot of this monster. This ship is SO BIG the US Coast Guard consider it a major Terror Target... So on the way out of the pier they made sure they have lots of security.. Notice the guns on board these boats.. those are 50 cal. machine guns.. No fooling around here.. There was even a fire boat there just to make sure nothing serious happened.. So off we went.. I was determined to do nothing but take pictures and relax... It really didn't happen but I really tried. Our first port was San Juan Puerto Rico.. The ship arrived there last in the afternoon so by the time we got off the ship there was really nothing to do but eat dinner.. Here's a sidewalk shot of outside the restaurant we ate out... Lots of atmosphere here. Would be a wonderful place to take you Lover for sure.. The next morning we awoke in St Thomas.. It was there I captured some of the best bird shots I ever took.. It was early morning.. the birds were flying in the early morning sun.. It was beautiful out.. Here's what I got.. Here's the large version of this.. Look in the birds mouth.. I loved the feeling that sunset gave me... Another great place to be with the one you love for sure.. The next day we went on a tour of the island.. Here are some of the sights I captured. Wow Toni.. I don't know what to say about you starting a thread about me.. I guess I should just say "thank you" :P I was on a cruise in the Carribean last week.. We fly to Miami, jumped on the Freedom Of The Seas and sailed off into the sunset.. We visited San Juan, St Thomas and St Maartin.. Got lots of photos and stories to share with everyone.. I'm editing some photos right now.. Stay tuned..

I am trying to record Ceasar being asked "what does the cat do?" and he say MEOW.. and when asked "Do Evil" he does a evil sound.. he does it regular so I should catch him doing it on video..

Well.. I have been on 2 major vacations every year since I can remember.. I have been pretty much all over the place.. The one vacation I just have to keep returning to is the Cruise from NYC to Bermuda.. To me this is the perfect vacation. Bermuda is my favorite place on the whole planet and that included Hawaii.. The beaches in Bermuda are just unbelievable. Pink sand and secluded hide aways to die for.. Bermuda is a sleep place.. and this I like.. for honeymooners it's perfect... No big city, no spring break nonsense.. NO POVERTY.. Just beauty.. If I wanted to take a special person away for a couple of days i know just the spot.. and it's in Bermuda..

Penny... It's already the best birthday I have had in my 49 years.. There is no question about that at all.. This year has been a wonderful year for me.. If I look back to 2006 this time and compare it to 2007.. There is no comparison.. NONE.. and I can only hope that 2008 is better still.. I will be away this week on a Cruise ship.. So I will not be able to post any thank you's to anyone that does reply to this thread.. So I'll thank everyone now and re-thank them when I get back. Part of why this was a wonderful year is because of all YOU.. the family members of GreyForums.net.. You have enriched my life 10 fold.. Thank you for coming here and sharing our passion with one another. It means alot to me that everyone here is happy and content.. That is my goal and hopefully you feel it.. Hi there and welcome to our family.. Talon is right on about the toys.. Follow her instruction and you will see that your Grey will be less afraid in no time.. Regarding you birds diet.. Lets first start by finding out how much your bird weighs.. Do you have a Gram scale? If you don't you need one as this is necessary equipment for anyone that owns one of these birds. Their weight is so important.. After we get a baseline weight we need to have you start the conversion process to get your bird off seed and onto pellets.. WE all can help you do this so don't worry...

You get the screen but it's so heavy it causes your foundation in your home to sink on one side.. flooding the room the TV is on and shorting it out.. I wish was 16 years old again..

Since Ceasars Wings have not yet grown out I have not played much with the harness.. I did think that I would produce a video on the first time I try it on Ceasar.. It should be as funny as it's informative.. So look for that video.. If I have some time I will do it this Saturday, the 25th of August.. I might not have it edited and posted until perhaps next weekend.. But I will do this video to show everything what this might look like when you try it on your bird.. OK?
