10/21/2017 1. All post content including pictures have been pulled into the server, if they still existed on photobucket, ect.... Site is now 100% https complient. 2. Modified groups (Some of them) 3. Gallery added and tested.

Im toying around with adding the IB Gallery Module if Talon wants it. How many of you would use it? It would be like your own personal gallery to store and show your pictures, you could also link to them to post them other places.

10/20/2017 1. IPB Engineer fixed issue in DB/SQL preventing re indexing. 2. Completed re indexing board. 3. Board first backup to offsite server completed. (Complete restoration now possible in event of catastrophic failure) 4. Enabled Gravatar is a service that allows users to use the same photo across the internet. Wow, I really don't know what to say, was going to stay anonymous, but thank you and all of you here for helping Sukei and I. What was said technically was SPOT on. You have no idea how close you came to loosing everything. I have no problem answering questions, or fixing/adding wanted additional functions as time allows. That being said, the current status of things is I have an IPB engineer working on some of the proprietary issues with the re indexing and post DB conversion issues that I cannot address. When the core issues are solved, Ill be glad to address any requests I can. In trying to address "The Looks" of the place, which is generally the biggest complaint with a format change, there are 6 different flavors to choose from. Choose from themes at the bottom of the page. I will say this though, I am much more receptive to positive requests/comments than negative ones. Thanks again Talon, the pleasure was all mine in keeping the place going. Great write up all around K

I have it on good authority someone was busting their ass cleaning the mess up. I also have it on good authority, the whole format of this place is about to change for the better. You never know, sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette

Just kinda freaked me out. Looked like his head was on fire LOL. I googled some stuff and they said the same thing. I guess everyone has been run off because of the google threat warning. I think they have it well in hand.

Always remember a Grey is a commitment for LIFE. I go over to my brother's house, and see 9 dogs cremated in lock boxes on his fireplace mantle. Fortunately, we as parrot people, we don't have to build that pyramid, but rather how we can pass on our loved ones after were gone. I have two nephews fighting who will get Sukie when I die LOL The ironic thing is, Sukie might outlive them too. And in the middle of the fight, they realized their own mortality. That sucks for young people LOL

You know, sometimes, greys will test you out after changes made. They will let you know if they like it or not. I suspect that just the shear exposure, and Grey's inquisitive nature will make it a hit. There is a misnomer in the grey community that they hate change, but they like humans, will make a judgment when its all done I suspect that after the initial shock, yours will settle in fine, and realize you love and return the love.

I would also like to add, that you folks here helped me get him back, and I thank each and everyone of you. You never know how you will make a difference, but yall did, and I thank you again for it.

Sukei is a different Grey, he actually came from Africa, so sometimes I take that into account. Most greys are domesticated, this poor guy road the boat in a box, from Africa to the middle east, and was lucky to make it back to the US He does have some emotional issues LOL, but then again, I would too.

Judy, we shower him everyday, that's why I'm concerned, believe me, this is the most spoiled grey on earth, my wife cooks for him everyday, fresh corn, carrots, apples, green peppers (raw not spicy deal), peanuts, crackers, AND she makes him eat the vitamin mix. He only gets some seeds as a treat.

On a side note Sukie is flying again, his feather have grown back after they clipped him in quarantine, he seems very happy now.

That's the funny thing, I have allergies out the ying yang, but it doesn't bother me, I just wanted to make sure its a natural thing, and not something I have been neglecting.

Is it a bad thing? Are you supposed to try and do something about it? I mean Sukei is healthy X3. Is it just a natural thing?
