Go for the darker colored veggies and fruits-Kale, Broccoli, carrots, sweet potato, Mango, Beets, Squash-you get the idea organic if possible do wash well. You can cook up some beans & lentiels just until the begin to soften and add red pepper or ginger to the mix and some Red Palm Oil asd it cools. Sprouting grains and nuts and seeds offers some wonderful nutrition as well.
