just a few new pics of Rudy and one of KC my Eclectus Rudy after her shower and she loves showers this is KC

I have noticed for the last few days she isn't eating her RoudyBush Pellets , but I have been mixing her GoldenFeast, seed mix and Pellets all in one bowl since she only has 2 bowls the other one has her water in it so I'am going to cut out the GoldenFeast tomorrow since that is what she eats the most of and just put in her pellets and a tiny bit of seed mix, I ordered some Zupreme Wild&Spicey tonight thought I would add that to her RoudyBush and see if that helps, does anyone feed this? just wondered if the really like it,I have already tried two kinds of organic pellets and she won't touch them neither will my quaker running out of ideas here if this doesn't work good thing she is eating her veggies and she loves her formula

maybe I should rename her and call her Miss Piggy lol just kidding

all went well at the vets today, he checked her out very good and even layed her on her back and checked , she didn't even compain about that one she was a very good girl he said he could not find anything wrong with her and she was just their a month ago for her first physical and blood work and all was good their to sooooooooo he says she is a little insecure and a little greedy when it comes to her formula, he said she has beautiful feathers and nice shiney bright eyes he also likes her name lol she is takeing close to 80cc's of formula morning and nite and I asked about that to and he said 80 is way enough for her then he said see she is greedy lol her weight was 272 so her weight is good to, so now I'am relived to know she doesn't have a medical problem thats what was worrying me so all is good I just have a little piglet lol

ALL animals speak english now and boy u should hear them talk us humans are being cussed out daily lol I need a long vacation

I tried my quaker and my Eclectus on harrisons and they would not touch them, I tried them for 2 weeks and it was a no go ,I was mixing it with Roudybush thats what they usually eat and they would leave the harrisons and eat the Roudybush, haven't tried it on Rudy yet as of now she likes her Roudybush so maybe later I will give it a try on her <br><br>Post edited by: RudysMom, at: 2009/08/08 05:01

ty it might just be me the worried mom here I just want to know for sure just incase she is sick

o they only eat breakfast in their cage, Dinner they eat on the kitchen table they all have their own little food bowls and beleive me they know which bowl is theirs except for Rudy or littlest one she eats all her meals on her playtop on her cage , we have to work on cahngeing that one when she gets a little older

All 3 of mine get Roudybush pellets 24/7 for breakfast they like oatmeal with cinnamin and apples in it or wheat baby cereal or rice baby cereal with a little apple or banana and cinnamin Dinner is always at 6:30pm and they will let u know it's dinner time lol they have all kinds of veggies and fruit or beans and rice with peppers and carrots , I try to change around the veggies so they don't eat the same veggies all the time lately they all seem to love thoose hot hot peppers the best , and they get a little seed mix and some golden feast and maybe 3 times a week a nutriberry:)

I know after Rudy's feeding she needs a little cuddling and security but lately she crys for more food for a good 20 minutes tonight I cuddled her for a good 45minutes in her little blanky and she fell asleep on me,this just worries me that she still crys for food for so long after her crop is completely filled up she has been eating 80 to 90cc's of Kaytee Exact Formula, maybe she is eating to much?I thought of that to but if I give her only 60cc's then she really gets loud and her crop is not full so I made her a vet appoinment for tomorrow morning I want to take her in and see what he says about this not takeing any chances incase something could be wrong with her medically, will let u all know what he says, boy she has me worried

congrads on getting a new baby and babies do love to snuggle up under you , Rudy lays on my chest and she has her own blankie she wants to be under that blanky and snuggle right after her two feeding for at least a good 15 to 20 minutes then she wants right back up to play

Cags are nice but I'am glad I have a Tag she doesn't seem to scared of anything but I love her personality even though she is only 12 weeks old , I hope u find the right bird for u , welcome to the family

nice pics, Ecko is a very pretty bird now thats an idea maybe I will look around at walmarts for a wicker basket for Rudy but a small one for now at least until she gets a little bigger
