ty me to ,I was a little nervous about it but it was a very happy ending

I meant to get some more pics of Rudy today but by the time I got done cleaning and feeding then had to run to my moms for awhile by then it was almost dinner time for us humans and dinner time for the fids then nite feeding for Rudy thats was it for my day , it sure did go fast, I will try again later on now I'am not off work until next monday

Adaya sounds like she just loves to have fun lol and yes I invited Rileys owner to join this forum and another forum I belong to, I gave him the link so we shall see

Hi Stef, congrads on your new baby Timneh, I have a 11 week old female Timneh her name is Rudy, awww they are sweet u are going to be in total love with her or him, welcome to the forum

Rudy is still a baby 11 weeks old but so far she is eating Roudybush pellets, some seed,some Golden Feast,KayteeExact Formaula 2 times a day,theese veggies she likes so far...brocli, coliflower,kale, mustard greens,carrots,beans,peppers,zucini,she isn't to crazy over rice yet,fruits she likes apples,blueberries, blackberries,strawberries,and kiwi my other 2 my Eclectus and Quaker will eat anything u put in front of them lol, they just love food

how old is Ana? Rudy is 11 weeks and 2 days old, she is fledging right now but her landings are not so great, she likes to land on top of your head lol , not a great place to land, every now and then she makes it to the playstand which is about 15 feet away from her cage, I'am ordering some window decals for her real soon I don't want her crashing in to my patio window

I have exactly what I want in a grey,I have my little girl Rudy and I'am in total love with her and I also have my 2 boys KC and Opey so I have a beautiful fid family then I wouldn't trade for anything,u could say I have a full house with wonderfull fids I love very much plus my hubby and my 2 human sons

we met with Rileys first owner today , he is a very nice younger guy about in his mid 20's , he stayed for a for about 3 hours and talked with us,he brought pics of his new condo and the huge cage he bought and all the toys he bought for Riley,at first he just sat and talked to us for awhile then he went to Rileys cage opened the door and Riley jumped right out , he was giving him scritches and everything in the matter of 5 minutes, Riley for sure remembered him and was happy to see him, and he was sooooo happy to see Riley, it was a great reunioin between them and I'am so glad everything went really well,u could tell they both really missed each other , so all went well and lucky me had to go work after all that

awww ty sometimes he can be pretty smart , other times I wonder lol

me and my hubby was talking about Riley and his owners and he suggested that maybe the girl we got Riley from might have his first owners address or phone number and I said I would call her and find out and maybe we can get in touch with him,she had his parents phone number so I called and his parents gave him the message and he called us back, my hubby thought it would be great if we could find him and at least offer him back to him first , sometimes hubby's pretty smart lol

I hope he remembers him to other wise I really don't know if he will be happy, but what the guy said he was really bonded to Riley and Riley to him and he was devasted to have to give him up but alot was going on with his family and he said he had no choice then I have a baby grey a Tag that I'am handfeeding now her name is Rudy if Riley leaves I will have 3 birds my Tag , my Eclectus and my quaker I think thats enough to keep me busy

Riley is 2 years old actually he will be 3 in february and from what the 2nd owner said she only had him for about 4 months and I have had for 2 months so he was with his first owner for quite awhile he said he bought him as a baby just weaned from a pet store and paid 1600 for him, I sure can belive that one they want a arm and a leg theese days for birds in a bird store, I kinda feel like I have failed Riley we did not become good friends like I had hoped infact he never even warmed up to my hubby so crossing my fingers he remembers his first owner and is very happy to see him , hopeing for a happy reunioin come sunday

sorry I have never heard of that formula, I have a 10 week old baby Tag I'am handfeeding now and she is on Kaytee Exact I was told that Kaytee was one of the best besides Roudybush have heard that was good to

a friend of mine has one and she says he is the sweetest and easiest bird she has if that helps u any

as u all know Riley was our cag rescue well to make a long story short I got in contact with his very first owner and since life has changed to the better for his first owner I have agreed to let Riley go home to his first owner,he could not keep him at his parents house for a few reasons , I have tried for a few months now to make him happy and comfortable here and he is the same as the first week he arrived which isn't real good, his first owner has just moved to a nice condo and has no pets and he was so excited to hear Riley was in a good home he said he missed him terribly and would love to have him back so he is comeing here sunday to talk to me and get Riley,he is buying him a new cage and loading it up with toys and getting his food ready, I'am just wondering if Riley will recognize him or even know who he is,he still calls him Mootsie and Riley still says Mootsie is a good boy, guess he learned that name real good, I feel bad but happy in a way that he will be reunited with his first owner and he still cares very much for him, will fill u in with the details on sunday or monday

my baby greys name is Rudy she is a little girl,I named her after the little girl on the Bill Cosby show her name was Rudy, my other fids name are KC and Opey, Opey was a rehome and already knew his name at 7 months old, before he says anything he always says his name first lol he loves his name

My Eclectus talks in his sleep that I know,he doesn't do it every night but at least 2 or 3 times a week and he says things that I can't get him to say when he is awake , figures lol

Hi Monty welcome to the very best grey forum this is a great place for tons of information plus nice people

what I did tonight is put it in all my birds food for dinner, I just used quarter teaspoon and mixed it in one bowl for all 3 then divided up the food between them don't guess it will hurt my Eclectus or my Quaker they have had it before
