1. OMG hahahah that is the sooo cute! She is too smart. I love the way she says it too, sooo adorable. Thanks so much for sharing, karma for you!
2. Yes it is ok to give him cooked rice and pasta. I would give him brown rice though, its better for them. You should mix the oatmeal with water, and if you have some palm oil put a couple drops in it so he likes it better or peanut butter. The plain oatmeal or the fruity flavors is good, try to avoid the ones with sugars in it. It sounds to me that he is palying with the ball, lol sometimes they get play rough and get mad at their toys but no need to worry. Ecko growls at his bells all the time and I think it is hilarious to watch lol. Good luck with your new baby.
3. Hello, welcome to the forum! That is so wonderful of you to rehome those birds! Can't wait to see some pics of your flock.
4. WOW Nick very nice job!! Great step-by-step instructions too, I am very impressed. I wish I was handy with tools lol. Hey look you got Partner on it lol, I hope he likes it more. Thanks a lot for sharing with us.
5. AWW what a cute baby TAG! You have your hands full now don't ya? LOL. I like both the names, when are you going to DNA him/her? Thanks for sharing pics of your new baby.
6. Looks like Adaya is having sooo much fun on her atom! LOL thats funny how she chased Raja off of it, "No its mine, get off here" haha, silly girl.
7. Beautiful pictures!! That B&G is gorgeous but look at that beak, eeeekk thats scary LOL! Thanks for sharing.
8. I would love to hear the step by step instructions Nick, I love to make new things.
9. I am so sorry for your loss Mark.
10. I don't have one but it looks great! I think your grey would love it.
11. What a wonderful ladder you made Nick! I love it! What did you make it out of? What are those colorful things? Great job Nick! Karma for you.
12. Great idea! I pretty much know about youtube and making videos so I will get on that ASAP. People really don't understand what they are getting themselves into until you actually own a grey. I am a huge neat freak so I am always cleaning, its nothing new to me so thats why I can handle him but some people aren't like me and wouldn't be able to handle it. I will record a day in the life with a messy grey haha, soo stay tuned.
13. It would be a little more helpful if you put the area the breeder is located or their website. Why are you asking anyways? Do you have a question about the breeder? Are you looking for a grey?
14. Congrats Jooles! Yay for Beau, that little smarty pants.
15. I do the same thing. Sometimes I run out of food for Ecko and make a quick run in the store just to get some fruits and veggies lol.
16. Haha awww what a silly boy, sounds like Ecko loved his shower!
17. AWW how adorable. "Hi Spock"
18. Hi Pinky, welcome! I bought coconut shells from an online site that has bird safe products and my grey loves them. Are you talking about a coconut shell straight from the tree or ones that you buy from a bird store? I don't think it would be safe to pick one from a tree because you don't know what could be on them since they aren't cleaned. Why don't you introduce yourself and your hopefully new grey in the welcome room.
19. Beautiful pictures of Salsa, and of Spock and Salsa. They are so cute together, looks like they get along great too. That hawkhead is absolutely gorgeous too. Ever since you posted that picture it got me really interested in them, I can't believe I've never heard of them before. I've been researching a lot about hawkheads and it makes me want one in my future, they are so beautiful, gosh thanks a lot haha!
20. What a great update! I'm glad Chikki is adjusting to his new home so well. You sound like a great parront that cares so much about Chikki already and that is so wonderful! Keep up the great work, do you have any updated pictures of Chikki, you know we would love to see. karunk wrote: FYI: Tea has caffeine in it and isn't good for him.

Post edited by: caitb2007, at: 2009/07/07 16:19
21. Great picture of Sterling, he is beautiful! Thats great that he is adjusting to you and your son so well. He is so lucky to have found you guys.
22. Congrats on your new baby, Milo is soo adorable. I especially loved that sleepy picture of him. You should post it in the sleepy parrot pics thread, the link is at the bottom. Is he eating his fresh fruits and veggies good? Have you tried giving him oatmeal at night to see if he likes that? He is still adjusting to your home thats why he isn't making that much noise. Pretty soon you should hear him practicing his voice though, lol. Good luck with your new baby, he is so cute. http://www.greyforums.net/component/option,com_joomlaboard/Itemid,27/func,view/catid,17/id,139795/ -

Post edited by: caitb2007, at: 2009/07/07 16:00
23. Hi Sindbad, it sounds like he is molting, especially since he is one. Have you noticed a lot more down feathers on the floor? When you say you rub his neck and feathers come out are you talking about the down feathers?
24. Hi Debbie, welcome to the forum! I love your pictures, all your birds are so beautiful. Do they get along with each other? That is so wonderful of you to rehome Riley and Opey, they are so lucky to have found you. How long have you had Riley for? Is he a talker? I look forward to hearing more about you and your fids. Enjoy the site.
25. AWWWW! Congrats on your baby boy! Slater is a great name for your new baby. My mom's CAG is named Slater too. That picture is adorable, thanks for sharing.
