It scared me the first few times Ana Grey glided down to the floor but she's always fine. If Dixie is gliding to the carpet she should be fine. How less will they learn??

I almost adopted a Goffin, but after visiting her a few times she was just too needy for me. She was adopted by a loving family not long ago so I am very happy for her.

Emma is certainly more active and animated than my quiet Ana Grey.

Koko's flying skills are growing leaps and bounds. Way to go Koko!!! Got a chuckle when I read about your wife's fright. Ana Grey has also out of the blue landed on my shoulder without warning. Took me a second to figure out what was happening. :ohmy:

Not true. My 10-month old, Ana Grey, wolf whistles and she has started to talk. She says "What you doing?" "Love you" and "come here." She babbles all the time.

Hi Robin, my Ana Grey is 10-months old and she has been gliding down to the floor and walking back and forth to her cage ever since she has been my companion, since she was 3 1/2 months old. She was clipped by her breeder before she was mine. She climbs up on her little Atom, window perch, and a cargo net as she pleases, they all have ladders or ropes hanging on them for her pleasure. She always walks around after me and climbs on my feet to be picked up. So yes, all is normal, little Dixie is just gaining her independence.

Hi Zazu, congratulations on your new baby. I don't have any experience hand-feeding a baby grey, I just wanted to welcome you to the family. When you get a chance, we would love to see some pictures.

Alfie looked great in his video. I couldn't quite hear what he was saying, the sound was too low. I thought I caught "What you doing?" It was a great trial run except for the sound. Alfie sure is a busy guy! Thanks for sharing him with us!
