I always think of Harleys as sleek and powerful machines so I like Harley for your handsome friend. But he is your new companion. New home, new life, and new name if that is what you like--Darius it should be.

You go to a hypnotist and he puts you under for twelve hours of blissful sleep. Nice and peaceful sleeping for you has the world goes into total and devastating chaos. Buildings crumbling, vehicles stalling, all animals stampeding and flying around amuck. Name it, it is happening. You awake refreshed and alive 12 hours later to total destruction of the world. I wish all animals spoke English.

If your baby's isn't hungry then the noises are probably a need for attention. My Ana Grey, a one-year old, still clucks and chirps occasionally if she wants attention. She does this especially if I am in the room. I either let her out of her cage or just talk to her and she stops.

Great news, Buddy stops pooping in your hair and you are delighted. Unfortunately he now poops in your left shoe!! :sick: And to make things worse, Schroeders has starting pooping in your hair every time you wash it!:blink: I wish every night sky was clear and I could always see the stars up above.

Lovethatgrey, I purchased it from Pionus Parrot's Jolly Balls & More, www.pionusparrot.com/shop, this is the 14" ball. You can purchase them plain $35 or they will decorate them; decorated Ana Grey's was $68.50. I put shredded paper (have a paper shredder) in the bottom of the ball so Ana Grey would have gripping power. I can easily change the paper daily or as needed.

Thanks everyone!!!!! Ana Grey had a great day!!! I spoke with her breeder this afternoon who said if I hadn't called she would have called me. What devotion to her babies! She remembers Ana Grey's birthday because it is her late son's birthday also. I told her that Ana Grey couldn't fly yet but she would some day and of course she reminded me how quick they are and could be out the door in a flash. She is not happy with my decision even though I tried to assure her I would be vigilant. Anyway all in all it was a great conversation and she was delighted all was well. Hi Shanir, I have a lovely little Timneh, Ana Grey. I love her to pieces. She is fearless. Even in the US there are more Congos than Timnehs. I was lucky and found a breeder of TAGs. So if you like Bling (bright red tail) smokey colored feathers and a larger fid get a Congo. If you like small things, like I do, get a Timneh. Ana Grey has a lovely maroon/reddish tail has charcoal feathers and is quite dainty. Welcome to the grey family. I hope you find the right grey for you.

Today is Ana Grey's Hatch Day. She is now officially One-Year Old!!! Of course we celebrated!!!! First there was cake!!!!! And then, of course, the presents! Checking out the inside of the new Jolly Ball! And, of course, the top of the Jolly Ball! What a great day!!!

Ahhhh, you are now rich and retired but the joy of being able to do what you want is marred by the fact that all your friends still have to work to earn a living and so you have no one to enjoy your new freedom with. You drown your sorrows in ice cream and calorie laded treats and gain 100 lbs!!!!! Windchimetime, yes your bird can eat cooked food, but you don't want to give your grey a lot of sugar or salt. I think if you look in the Bird Food Room a lot of your questions might be answered for you and recipes can also be found there. You will also find lists of food that are not good for our fids.

Jim you are going to have to cozy up to that Spock kid and get him to teach you the Vulcan mind meld!!!!:laugh: :lol: :silly:

:laugh: If I eat something in front of Ana Grey that she doesn't like, she reaches over and takes a pretend bite!!!!:ohmy: So she can fake me out!!!:laugh: :blink: So at least for my grey that doesn't work.
