I've looked everywhere in the uk for one of these but as Julie says they're impossible to come by! However, I think I may be creative enough to cover some hula hoops with vetwrap!! I'm gonna give it a go!! Thanks for the idea Tigerlily!

Lol - when I turned the calander to March Alfie got quite excited at seeing herself! I took her closer and it looked as though she was giving her little kisses! She can be soooo sweet when she wants to be! Hope you and yours are all well. Lyn & Alfie xx

Thanks for the update Kathryn. Sorry to hear you were a little down after the vets visit. Vree is bound to have lost some weight though so that might not be as bad as it seems. Stay positive and concentrate on Vree's excercises. Hopefully they, and the acupunture will help to heal. x

Animals have amazing memories and you're right Dan, they are capable of far more than many humans give them credit for. Penny this is a really interesting, first hand account of just how sensitive these birds are! Of course they remember past experience - both good and bad, but it goes to show that given plenty of love and tlc, change doesn't always mean trauma for a bird. Thanks for sharing this Penny.

Alfie has started to get amorous with David - we just distract her with a pretty toy! I wonder how long we'll can do that for !! It sounds similar to what Cleo is doing - but she's awfly young to be lovey with you. I don't know - I suspect Dave or Dan will be the ones to answer that for you. Jan, does Toby just do that with you, or all the family?
