Wow, looks like you are right, LOTS of young birds! Have you had your bird all of its 35 years? I'd love to hear more. Jenna is 17 months old this month

I tend to agree with ShroedersJen. Getting two babies at the same time is a lot like having twins. Lots of love for both of them but not as much time and energy with either one as you would have had if they had come one at a time. That being said, some people are just plain good at baby raising and feel the more the merrier, and maybe you are one of those folks! Just remember that greys do not need less care over time (nor do other parrots) so make sure that you are prepared to give the time and attention for the long haul. As long as you remain aware of that, you'll make the right choice for you and your birds! Please keep us updated on what you decide to do, and tell us all about your new family member(s)!

Jenna is good at reminding me of our morning routine if I don't get to it as quickly as she would like. She begins by asking for her shower in a quiet little voice, and it gets louder and louder until she GETS her shower. Then she says "I love you Susan" in a growly bird voice Hehehehe

Ooooh, Pat, that is a good idea, since Gilbert seems to be progressing so well and so quickly! I wish I could talk Jenna into a harness ~laugh~

Jenna watches a lot of channel 13 stuff (not that she gets much choice in the matter). She likes to broaden her mind Hehehehe Actually, I'm not much of a TV person, and Jenna usually gets one of the cable music stations for company, often "Noggin" which is a channel for kids.

Jenna loves pine nuts, like Chimay But another thing I've tried a couple of times is to take an ear of corn and drill a hole through the middle, and hang it in the cage (I have one of those skewer things for birds you can put fruit and veggies on). You know, it is a part of a bird's evolutionary "job" to reforest the planet, that is one of the reasons they drop pieces of food everywhere. If we could only convince them not to try to reforest our LIVING ROOMS we'd have it made! :lol:
