Jasper is absolutely beautiful!
It sounds as though he is settling in really well in his new home.
Please think long and hard about clipping! There are plenty of threads on here to read that will hopefully make your mind up. I would not recommend it, your bird is used to being flighted and you would have to wait a long time for those flights to grow back! I wont say anymore but read the past posts from all the members on here.
Congratulations on your new addition I look forward to hearing more about Jasper as he settles in his new home:)

Hiya and welcome to the forum.
Above is a link to handfeeding which Dan mentioned. Have a good read through and see if this helps you.
Any questions please dont hesitate to ask we have many members on here who have hand fed their babies.
I also agree with Dan on the age of your baby. Below is a guide in pictures and shows you the babies at different ages which is a good guideline for you to use.

I cant believe this breeder would sell the baby so young but you have done the right thing in posting and will get plenty of advice from some great people here.
Read the threads in the Nursery room which should help as well, if you cant find anything just post and we will help.
Enjoy the forum:)
Dan, I will be praying for good news for you on Monday.
Poor Chloe, she looks very sad in that picture, I want to come and give her a big love:kiss:
My thoughts are with you Dan, let us all know as soon as you are able to wont you?
Hiya and welcome to the forum:)
Cant wait to hear more about the lovely Casper. Great name choice if I say so myself:whistle:
Post some pictures when you get round to it wont you?
Hope you enjoy the forum.
Mine love to dip their Harrisons in their water dishes before they eat them. Its really funny to watch.
The odd time they will drop them in and make a mess so I just change the water as often as I can.
Their dishes are on the opposite sides of the cage so its obviously something they enjoy doing.
That would look fantastic next to the greys cargo net:whistle:
You did a great job Nick, imagine how expensive that would have been to buy in the shops!
Mark I am so sorry.
Your baby could have had an illness you didnt know about, we will never know.
Give it time you may feel different, time is a great healer.
My thoughts and wishes are with you.
She will sort it herself Susan.
My three break flights all the time, I think it looks worse than it normally is.
As long as she is not bleeding and its not a burst blood feather she will be fine.
I hope she is not mad at you anymore:)
It looks like a really nice stand and a good price as well!
I found my greys wouldnt go near metal stands and had to have a wooden/sisal one made.
They are all so different and you wont really know until you try it.
Judy has given some great advice!
It does sound as though he has a preference for Male company at the moment.
Your new grey will take a while to adjust to their new ownership and surroundings. Give it some time and you build up a relationship.
