Like a few drops or no more than 1/4 teaspoon a day, you can drizzle it over most anything or mix it in with mushy type foods, they way you are giving it to him is great.

They do get bored easily so keep the sessions fairly short so they will be more exciting when you do play them but thats great what you are doing with him, they are very smart creatures and you can teach them lots of new things.

You can always use some spices like cinnamon in some water and heat it on the stove or one of those little warmers for good household smells.

I don't think too much of corner cages to be honest, they usually don't have the space for them to be able to spread their wings and not touch the sides plus the fact that if you ever want to move the cage somewhere else it must be another corner its moved to, it would have to be an awfully big one to provide the wing span space, you are better off going with a rectangular one in my opinion.

It won't be a problem unless you mind your bird to bark like the dogs also for they are good at doing that, my grey can mimic my daughter's little dog's bark to a T.

How sad, seven homes in her four years of life but glad to hear it will be her last and forever home, she does seem to be settling in nicely but remember this is the honeymoon phase and you will see more of her true personality emerge as she feels more comfortable, you may soon see why she has been rehomed so many times for she more than likely has brought some baggage with her she just hasn't unpacked it yet. I truely hope it all works out for you and her and I congrat you for giving her a forever home as she needs this stability in her life. Yes we really want to see some pictures of Ruby if you have some and you can email them to me if you like and I will post them for you.

She is a cutie and I know she is going to bring you a lot of joy and companionship in the coming years, once you have owned one you can't imagine life without them. My grey Josey does that play fight with her heavy duty bell, she will bang it around like she is trying to tear it apart and make all kinds of noise doing it, I love to watch her when she does it, this is all normal behavior, they like things that make noise and who knows it may be their way of working out frustrations.

Memorial Day here on Monday so I am off until Tuesday but some of my weekend will be spent with two little girls so I may not get to fart as much as I would like but when I can I will, life is short!

Josey loves chicken and the occasional pheasant when we have it and sometimes she will accept a bone and sometimes not, depends on her mood I guess, great pics to those who shared them.

Do not stop any of the feedings unless he refuses it himself, some take longer to wean than others but the concensus here is to continue to handfeed as long as the baby wants it and will take it, he will refuse it when he is ready. Your baby does look older than 9 weeks.

I have never tried to grow any other kind of edible pod pea but the sugar snap kind as they are my favorite but I was sure glad when she ate it so well, more on the way in the garden.

Ecko is one handsome fella and pretty smart too it seems, I bet his vocabulary will continue to broaden as time goes by, you got a good youngun there and I think you should keep him!

The next couple of days are going to be the hardest of your life but the wait will be totally worth it I guarantee it so make the final preparations and get yourself ready to be amazed, you are about to find out what the rest of us already know, once you have that baby in your home and in your arms you will never want to let it go, he/she will steal your heart and you will think your heart is going to burst right out of your chest with the love you have for it, this will be the child that never leaves home. So enjoy the peace and quiet for in a couple of days it will never be the same but in a good way, are you ready Laura!
