  18. That's great! Patience and perseverance wins the day with greys it seems. Wish I could do that, but we have too many hawks. In fact, one has taken up residence in my backyard, probably due to my outside bird feeder which is kept full.
  19. Or longer! Poor business practice not to keep the customer informed. I would have been wondering if I had been scammed too.
