  8. Look if your going to go to work and leave me with half a pomegranate hanging in my cage to keep me busy while your doing this 'work' thing which you seem to think your life depends on then you must expect to arrive back to 'my' corner of 'my' house looking like a blood bath in need of re decorating! whats your problem did know one on here tell you the mess they make. No Alfie sadly know one told me, but I have cleaned 'your corner' and from now on pomegranate's will not be left hanging in your cage.......did you actually eat any? No I just loved watching them splat up the walls, on the carpet, up the curtains even up the radiator, it was fun but took me seconds How Long Were You Gone!!!

  10. welcome everyone is very helpful on here, Alfies not loud he talks a lot in fact his always chatting but not loud, don't know if I'm right but I think it depends on house hold, such as if there are children or loud music being played ect then they need to be loud to be heard

    Urgent help

Thanks for sharing this, a real eye opener to us less experienced owners, hope she is going on well and feeling much better
  18. Hi please don't take any of what these guys ask or say the wrong way, they really do love their birds and have years of experience between them, I have been helped many many times, and there have been times I'v read a reply to my problem and felt a bit put out, but they have and still do support me 100% and there advice works, I'm new to Greys my Alfie is still young but I can honestly say its been harder than I throught and I'v got along way to go, if I didn't know better there have been times I would say Alfie had been wild caught, I would love to hear how things go for you and Irwin.
  19. as hard as it is think you have made right choice, My CAG is 14 months old came home at 10 weeks as a lovely cuddle muffin, but now he is independent and head strong, I have know young children but don't think I would of been able to have worked as hard as I am with Alfie if I'd got a young family, this does not mean all CAG's are the same I can only speak from my experience, what ever you go for hope we get some updates and pictures.
  20. lovely pictures just too cute
