so heres another question (everywhere I go I seem to have questions) I just wanna be so prepared and I dont want to harm my lil guy by my own stupidity. I see alot of places and recipes that say peppers are great for the birds and even the spicy ones like jalapeno's and I think I saw someones CAG likes habeneros! *phew that is hot hot hot* my question is, do you remove the seeds from these things before using them? I know the pits of many fruits and the seeds of apples are bad but what of the peppers?

OMG I can only imagine .... my son bought a huge rope/wood toy that has atleast 5 bells on it LOL .... but I cant wait to find out (then I'll cuz the bells off it HAHAHAH) j/k

Here is my question about making homemade toys ..... if you use newspaper should you avoid using anything in "colored" ink?

I totally agree not to use your leather belt. It needs to be untreated by any type of chemicals cuz they will be chewing on it. Is it important to monitor your CAG's weight at home? Should I find a scale? Where could I find a good scale? Any suggestions? Also, do you only take your CAG's to the DR if they are ill? Do they have wellness checkups they need like once a year? :confused:

Oh wow so you have a lil wait on your hands too? your baby is bout 4 weeks older then mine! its SO exciting to see and watch them change. I cant wait till I can have updated pics too .. its great to be able to see them grow huh? Im so happy for you !!!!!!!!! very awesome pics ty for sharing

lol at lil dinosaurs ... they were just lil wobbly shakey things ... Im SURE glad Im not getting them at this age/stage phew .. what an incredible task the store owner has before her now. Tho, this is what she lives to do! and absolutely loves doing it. You can just see the love they have for all the birds in there they have hand raised all of them! I saw the one 4 mo old grey they have that is ready to go next week to his owner (they named him rocket) and he is just strong and beautiful and uhm has a great bite to him :-o so Yeah I can see that this will be a long wait but WELL worth it!

I know ... I dont know how to "choose" so I am hoping ONE of them chooses me when I go to start my visits over the next few months TY TY TY .... Im so excited I cant see straight !!!

I was emotional too! It just was so amazing to see them so small and helpless and 1 of them ALL mine! gosh ... I hope it grows healthy and fast LOL gonna be a long 3 months

My wait starts now .... the baby has reached the store so Im thinking they are 4 weeks so I have i think 12 weeks to wait? give er take ... hopefully I dont go crazy before then!

OMG I went to the pet store today with my boys to show them the other CAG there that is 3 mo old and almost ready to go home to its owners and to my surprise, my kids went nuts in that store buying all sorts of toys and things for my soon to be baby. Then to my even bigger suprise, the son Steven of the store owner went in back and came out with MY BABY that wasnt sposed to be in the store til next weekend! I tried not to cry like a babbling baby infront of my kids but the surprise was SO overwhelming I couldnt hide the tears. SO I am so pleased to introduce you to my baby .. (course I dont know which one is going to be mine yet but one of them sure will be! :D ) WOW what a GREAT DAY !!!!!!!!

lol dang I missed the pic they were showing but I shutter to think by your response what it was LOL .... Body tats are definately not for everyone I agree. I have 9 that are all well hidden under my work clothes so I still look all professional at work. I love tattoos, my whole family does. Hubby has 5, son1 has 2 and son2 has 1 Heck I even thought how totally cool to get a pic of my fid somewhere on my body!!!!!
