i have a book ordered but it hasn't arrived yet. Parrots of the world an identification guide. It cost me about €120 second hand so im hoping to will be what im looking for... I also have for the love of grey ordered so i shall fill you all in on these when they arrive

Hi guys... Just back from my holidays... Had a great time and got to visit palmito's park! It was great I even got to hold a hyacinth macaw (my fav of all the parrots). I have a pic which i shall upload for ye when i get a chance. It was great seeing lots of parrot species that i had never seen in real life before... Pity i couldnt have brought them all home with me tho Lol

Love yer pic's i shall take some wet zon pic's tomorrow at shower time Lol Jaffa loves shower time... Really really loves it... Lifts up wings for me and all to make sure i wet every bit of her Lmao

Yeah i'm hoping it will be packed with info... It's very expensive for a second hand book so im sure it's a good one. I'm heading on holidays on Saturday and i hope i have it by then so i can read it on the plane and during my holiday:)

Im looking for a good hardback encyclopedia about parrots... Can anyone please recommend one. Id like on with lots of photos of the different parrots too Can seem to see an on the internet only books

thanks everyone She is still very quite when she is out of the cage but was climbing all around the cage earlier making loud noises and she seemed happy... I want her to fly to get the hang of it but at the same time i don't cos she might crash and hurt herself... If she's heading for a wall she will turn in time but then faces another wall and crashes as she is not able to land yet... I know practice makes perfect but don't want her to get hurt When she's out i put her on the floor or the couch but she just stays there in the same spot looking around so she must be a bit nervous still.
