She ought to meet Chocko, she loves a good punch up, were always playfighting on the settee, she gets so excited. Any sign of violence or entertainment she starts shouting encouragement. Shes a violent thug and even laughs hysterically when one of the others falls off their perches!

Nothing at all, keep your fingers crossed please, i hate this time of year, theres loads of lost and found birds all over.

Last night we found an African grey parrot and are keeping it in a cage until the owner comes. If anyone knows something about this please let me know. It is in Berkeley springs, west Virginia right now

Guys Sorry not been on lately but just to let you know that my 8 month old female Grey Poppy escaped on Saturday and hasn't been seen since I am absolutely devastated and my other half is even worse I have followed all the advice I can and "logged" her missing everywhere I know not many of you are based in my area of St Helens Merseyside but just wanted you to know why I couldn't face coming on the forum My sense of humour and a large piece of my heart went with her CROSS POSTED. Please pm me if you have any information.

He will be very much missed by someone, hes obviously been well looked after.

I am really lucky as i do have my dream job, worked for a major company for 7 years before i bought my own business out, never looked back for a minute, lost my partner and soulmate of 12 and half years 8 months after i bought it as he thought it would fail, it didnt, its thriving and building. Im on call 24/7 and sometimes very busy, the rest of my time not working is my own. Nearly 5 years down the line i still feel so much pride seeing my name above the door and on the back of my car and many a time even now i park up outside my premises and think how far ive come and cry im so happy with it. The satisfaction i get is worth so much more than the monetary value of it all.

Their intelligence is amazing!

The bird is 22 years old and apparently has injuries that are evident but never been treated,i dont know the circumstances though so unable to comment.

Shes a born show off! No qualms with introducing herself to strangers, the DJ usually plays her favourite record for her so perhaps she was trying to help him? She went outside with me and a "victim" walked past, she shouted "hellooo" at him, wolf whistled twice, laughed and blew him a kiss! The poor guy couldnt get past fast enough! :laugh: :laugh:

By the sounds of it she was obligated to take the bird, she must have some feeling for him to not want to give him up permanently but her attitude is hes only a bird so therefore not worth taking time and money to care for him properly. I will be ringing Kate in the next day or so to get any updates.

Chocko went to her usual pub tonight and was very well behaved til the DJ came in, she jumped off my shoulder, ran over to him, climbed up his leg and hopped onto his desk with his equipment on it before fiddling with the buttons getting very excited. I then took her onto my mates where she sat on the end of the settee telling us loads of tales until he put music on which got her very excited again, she ended up on his floor climbing up the metal poles on his dining chairs and spinning round them?
