My mom also has a sprout kit and she got it for cheap. I don't know what website she got it from but I found the exact same one for $25 in the link below! Its the best thing ever because our birds LOVE sprouts. I swear Ecko could live off sprouts lol. We tried a variety of them already and he loves them all. My vet recommended we start sprouting because it is really good for the birds.

Hi Cristen and Dalia. Welcome to the forum! What a pretty name that is. I also have a little one who was hatched 2/2/09, he is such a sweetheart so I know how you feel. Anyways, I look forward to hearing more about you and your precious baby. And yes pics would be greyt
I think its ok but not ok for you guys. Your going to have to buy new shoes soon haha. My grey loves chewing on shoes too so I got him a mini shoe to chew on so he would leave mine alone lol. Good luck.
Yes that is a good idea to take him away from the fumes. You should probally open all the windows and air it out for about an hour before putting Sydney back in the room.
Here are some links, please read through them.

About once every couple of weeks is what I do. I rotate them, switch the ones from the playstand to the cage and vice versa and I add new ones sometimes. But I think every couple of weeks is good enough.
Hello tthopp and welcome to the forum! Congrats on your new baby. I also have a baby grey and he is 13 weeks old. He doesn't really drink much of the water from his bowl either. The water in the formula is good enough so don't worry if she isn't drinking that much from the bowl. Pretty soon she will start to drink more. I'm glad putting the fruits in the pellets worked. Do you give her veggies too? Anyways, I look forward to hearing more about you and your baby. If you have any pictures we would love to see her.
Hello and welcome to the forum! It sounds like your grey is adjusting to you quite well. He is getting use to you and testing you out. I think you will be best friends in no time. Just give him time and patience and don't force him. If you have any pictures of him we would love to see. What is his name by the way?
Welcome to the forum Delta! That is so nice of you to rehome these birds. They are all so beautiful. I can't wait to hear more about you and your flock! Thanks for sharing.
Awww what a cute baby! He sounds just like my Ecko. Thats great that you dropped a feeding and he is doing ok. Yes they usually wean an average of 14-16 weeks. Not all greys are the same and I heard some can wean up to 24 weeks. I think you are on the right track, your baby looks so cute. Thanks for sharing.
Great pics Dawn! Clyde does look a little yellow around the eyes and nose. Probally from all of the cigarette smoke, poor thing. Your other birds are beautiful and you cats and dogs also! Thanks for sharing.
Oh you poor thing! I am sorry to hear Ziva has gone mad. You are doing the right thing by ignoring it and walking away. There is nothing else you really could do. Lyric is right, earplugs will probally help a little. Good luck!
Usually when you click on a picture it changes to another picture. I don't think the pictures stay the same link because this happened to me a couple of times.
I would just keep him off your shoulder and put him on your knee instead. It seems that if they are on your shoulder they feel they have more control. By putting him on your knee instead you have the control.
You could also try to put him in the bath tub and fill it up with warm water up to his chest so he can walk around and you can gently splash the water onto him. I did this with my baby and he didn't mind it. But he also doesn't mind the misting either. Maybe that will work for you.
Hello Dawn and welcome to the forum! That is so nice of you to rehome Clyde. Do you know how old he is? How is he adjusting to your home so far? Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, there is always someone here to give great advice. If you have any pictures of your flock we would love to see. Enjoy the forum.
