Poppy

ME ! lol Poppy is my mums tiels name and i liked it so use it ! George is my CAGs name so not very eventful !

its about 40 mins from where i live ! its in east sussex near to brighton

I know quite a lot of ppl in East Grinstead so will pass on this info .I do hope she is found soon

I know mine was different circumstances really but when I got George a year ago now he had two different houses a new cage and completely new toys all in about 4 weeks and he was fine with it .I had no problems with him at all. I dont know if I was just lucky with all the upheavel or just the fact that he adjusted really well !

George does not have seed either after changing him from a completely seed diet to Zupreem FruitBlend.He has the occasional treat but seem happy enough with things as there are at this time

Just a thought Caroline . Could it be a secruity light outside that goes off and upsets him ? Mum has got them very near to her house and they make us jump occasionally ! Or even car headlights shining in the room ? Im really sorry canna help more but these are just thoughts for you xx

Just got a really good long look at the chicks ! Gosh have they have grown ! They fidget so much as well !

Im away for halloween again this year so my house will be in darkness !!

I noticed when in earlier it had been knocked over again ! I can see the chicks (very occasionally!!) lol and they are growing .Cannot wait to see them in the beooder will be awesome .Many thanks for letting us watch this wonderful journey .

George is on Zupreem Fruitblend and he loves them ! we alternate between hating the purple one week and the yellow the next !! I have tried Harrisons but he will not entertain them ! I have also just transfered my Mums tiel into eating Zupreem Friutblend

I have George a year now and he has never flown !I think he was kept in a cage and he had a very bad clip so has never learned to fly .He spends almost all his time out the cage now and is exercisng his wings vigourosly so im hoping one day he will take the urge and go ! :lol:

I had to change George from all seed to Zupreem . I mixed seed and Zupreem for a week and now he his fully converted to Zupreem FruitBlend which he loves .

opps silly me ! now i know what the threads were about the webcams earlier ! just did not understand ! now i do ! :lol:

Is there 3 in bonnie and clydes or am i seeing things ???:laugh: i admit im hooked so maybe i AM seeing things that not there ?

I work 10--00 till 2-00 daily So George is in cage from about 9-30 till 3-30 and he is ok with that .He is always out his cage when im around. He has plenty of things to do and like you i leave either the radio or the tv on for him .I think he will be ok and will adjust accordingly .

I leave pellets in 24/7 as well and fresh water twice daily .

I keep the grate in as well .George very rarely goes to the bottom but when i clean is cage i clean one tray at a time just in case he decides to fall of go to the bottom .I also clean it with vinegar.

Im also a pionus Thanks a lot adina lol might take it again to see what it takes to get an african grey !
