Thank you all. I have very strong feelings about the conflicts all over the world. It is such a tragedy that so many young men and women have been and are being sacrificed, not just by dying. No, there is no peace on earth, but how I wish peace within for each one of you!

Hope you sleep better. Precious usually is very quiet until she hears me turn over or get up and then will start saying. "Good mornng!"

Oh,yes! It sounds like a woodpecker! Precious did it at the vet's. She was so surprised when the attendant said, "Come in." I started saying the same thing but usually I tap back on the table or such. It's almost as if we are using Morse code. It stops after a few minutes of game playing.

So glad this is a "sticky" or I might not have been able to read it. I wish EVERYONE in the whole world would reead it!:cheer:

It's Sunday evening here, so most have forgotten there even was a Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful day. Six of us there were vegetarians. We had potato pie with a nut protein in it. Delicious! It was my grand-daughter's birthday so not only were there pies there was her favorite chocolate cake and homemade icecream. Of course I over ate! :ohmy: :lol:

Well, was the new floor worth the relaps? I'm not one to talk! I've overdone also, and then was much sicker than the first time. :sick: :ohmy:

This is a delightful thread. The koi are absolutely beautiful!!! And what fun the other babies are. A young black queen brought three kittens to me. She let me become friends with her. I named her Sheba and was able to get a collar and tag on her. Then she was spayed. That was the end of the friendship and she left. She's still in the complex however and others are feeding her. The kittens are still here, two grey (Billy and Bobbie) and one black (Sammy). They're about six months old now Bobbie was spayed 10 days ago and is a real love. The boys' turn will come when I can get them in the carrier! Wish I could post pics; maybe some day.
