Mika and I had so much fun building his playstand, I wish you all the luck building. I used 3/4" I found it was best on his feet and then wraped it in Vet wrap. If you are unable to find the connectors (5 Way) they are available at our local plumbing store here. Best of luck building Carolyn

Yesterday we were expecting company for supper and I was making a key lime pie for dessert, Mika was watching all that was happening from his counter perch and getting small pieces of lime to keep him happy. When company was sitting down to dinner, a flutter of feathers in the kitchen and there was Mika sitting in the middle of the pie quite happy to eat the lime from the top. We have only had Mika for a month now (he is 4 months) but I have noticed that when I ask him to step up he will and no problems but when my husband tries this he gets bitten, I watched this a couple of time and found out he does not follow through and make Mika step up he just lets it go and leaves him where ever he is. Now Mika thinks this is fine if I bite I don't have to do whatever, I now have Wayne follow through with the step up even if he has to ask 3 or 4 times but makes him do it and now the biteing has stopped for him. My day will come I no that.

Dear little Mika (4months old) has every toy known to the bird world (but not all at once) and he has decided that a few plastic bowls and spoons are his thing, oh and I will add 6 plastic water bottle lids. So much for Mom spoiling him by spending hours in Superpet :laugh:
