  3. Thanks for the update, sounds as if things are off to a good start .I hope things continue to go well but if there are little hic cups along the way dont be disappointed,as the others have said, re-homes tend to bring a little baggage with them, but im confident these two guys are going to have a great life with you
  4. It's best not to pull your hand away He may just be testing your hand with his beak to make sure it's stable to step on.
  5. I wouldnt worry to much, like us humans greys have individual personalities ,some are loud & boisterous & others calm & laid back.I have four & each has a different personality.I have included a link for encouraging your grey to play... http://www.greyforums.net/forums/the-nursery/73105-teaching-your-baby-to-play.html

  7. You ramble all you like Pat, if it helps Well sounds like a potential accident was avoided due to your quick thinking, you constantly need your wits about you when you own birds. At least everyone has come through unscathed.Hope your feeling a little better now.

  9. Some greys are very sensitive to change, something such as the introduction of a plant can become a big issue for a grey.Encourage David to continue to have contact, let him be the one to offer treats etc..let your baby see that he is a good guy & not a threat. http://www.greyforums.net/forums/the-nursery/73094-socializing-your-baby-grey.html
