  2. Mine have the childrens night time lights that just give off a gentle glow,they plug directly in to the socket.
  3. From everything i have researched plucking is a disease of captivity, it is not found in the wild greys except as natural physiological behaviour in breeding birds.
  4. Does poppy have a travel cage ? is she happy to use it ? Some greys will happily visit the vet while for others it's a bit of a trauma,the right vet will know how to handle your grey without causing her to much distress,she may be a little cross with you after the visit but it wont last long,a few favourite treats & she will forgive you.

Small amounts are not going to have a big effect on your greys,but if consumed in large quantites it will, Greys are lactose intolerent.This means that they lack the digestive enzyme which is called lactase, which helps digest milk sugar. Milk sugar is called lactose. Some milk products contain no lactose, and these may be safely fed to birds, such as soya milk
