Well for my first walk I took Topaz but I need to either get her better use to that hateful aviator harness or get her a flight suit they are easier to take on and off. IMO

Well today I am going to start walking again. I signed up for a cool website for walkers and I hope it well help me stay on track and keep going. My only problem is I hate doing it alone. /sigh Think Ill find that local walking club and sign up for it and hope someone else might live in my area to go with me.

As already stated not all greys well talk. Mine is a closet talker and even then I never hear her say a whole lot.

I want to start by saying I agree with spaying not just for over population reasons but for health reasons as well. I only have one of my males fixed. Because he was aggressive and an outside dog. However my other two males are not fixed. I was showing and breeding them and you can't show a fixed dog. So neither of my chi males are fixed. Now that I don't show I did fix the female. While I think fixing a dog is a good idea if you can't or don't want to fix them just be responsible. Make sure you fence is escape proof and no one can get in. My sister has a tiny female chi that she never had fixed (she is afraid to cause the dog only weight 2 pounds) and it is five years old and never had puppies (never will either to risky). She is carefull.

Some days mine don't get out at all. I rotate toys in the cage every week with different ones so my baby does not get bored. I also have a large cage. Big enough for wingflapping without hitting a toy. I keep three toys in there at all times. Que seems to be just fine. Yes they need out time but they don't have to be out all the time. Thank goodness cause with four pets that don't get along it is just not possible for mine to be out all the time. Good luck

Makes you wonder how much longer that dog would of lived had he not been fed that chocolate(poison).

Not sure what chocolate does to them. Maybe it don't kill right away. Maybe it just does internal damage of some sort? I would still talk to the vet. And Milo has that bird had a full work up? Blood test and all? Since you have had him?

Other then talk to the vet that is the only advice. Hope all is well.

Want to give you lots of time to work on this. The next contest well be a Christmas theme or Rather a Holiday theme. You can use props or dress it up with Paint Shop Pro or the like. If you celebrate Christmas you can do something as easy as your bird in front of the tree. Or snow or whatever your heart desires as long as your picture reflects the holidays. One entry per person and Tallonsis dear sorry you need to set out give everyone else a change. lol Same rules must be YOUR photo. Can NOT be a Grey. One entry per person. Use your judgment you know what is acceptable and what is not. Ill be accepting enters starting on Nov 15th. Thanks everyone that has helped to make these contest fun.
