I hate watching animal precinct, I feel so bad for the animals! It is really good to see someone knowledable on there. I was watching an episode of Dirty Jobs,(Dirty Jobs is a show where this guy goes around and does jobs for a day. These are jobs like sewer cleaner, demolisher, etc. )anyways in this one he was being an exterminator. They went into this one house that was INFESTED with cockroaches. And not only that, there was an african grey in a fairly small cage, in one of the rooms where the cockroaches was the worst! They got him out of the house before they started the exterminating. Hello again everyone! I figured we'll start off the new year with a brand new contest. This one could be a bit more challenging than the last one. The subject for this contest is Wildlife photos. I wanna see pictures of any wildlife. Deer, wild birds, rabbits, anything. It can't be any grey's though, unless you took a picture of a wild one in the wild. Once again, 1st gets 20 karma, 2nd gets 10, and 3rd gets 5 karma. One entry per person. This contest will end February 3rd, at 10 o'clock. Good luck!! Heather, those pictures look great! Did you set any lights up, or just use the flash on the camera? You'll want to use a plain background, when I was shooting my brother's senior picture, CD had me use a light blue sheet. (If you use white, you'll have to put a light shining at the sheet, otherwise it would look gray. Melissa

One of my favorite books I read was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by J.K. Rowling. (Finished it in 9 hours straight) I love to read though, so I'll usually blow through a book in a couple days. Makes it tough for my mom to buy books for me. :whistle: I also really liked Jurassic Park and the Lost World. My top favorite books overall, have to be Inkheart and Inkspell, by Cornelia Funke.(I can't wait for the 3rd one, Inkdeath.) And also The Thief Lord, which is also by Cornelia Funke. :laugh: birdmom, I just saw the movie The Hoax in my ethics class at school. It was pretty good.
