Yes, in so many words you are right and don't hesitate to give karma, you are allowed 2 per day and give good karma if you can, if you can't then pm that person and tell them why you disagree, we don't like to see someones karma go down, just up, up, up. We are all family here so treat us as such. :) :)
Yes indeed, good things come to those who wait, and I can guarantee you the wait will be worth it. I am glad you have found a breeder you can trust, that is very important to you as a buyer, and once you put your deposit down I hope time flies by for you so you will have it home to begin the bonding process.
Keep us informed.
Monique brings up some good points, if you want the pet and bonded to you keep it that way, but if you want to breed her then you will in all likeihood lost your pet to its mate. Personally I would go for the pet.
Yes you will, and that is a good thing since some people will get the bird first and then have to figure out how to take care of it. You are smart, very smart and handsome too, Josh, I'll bet short for Joshua, right, a good Christian name.
Seek and ye shall find, way to go there, RdnkParamedic21, you are well on your way to owning a grey and congrats for at least that. I think you are going to do fine with one and I know it will seem like forever until you finally get it but hang in there the wait will be worth it.
Do you have a first name you could share with us, I am getting tired of writing your screen name, its so long.
Well good, Geoff, glad to hear that, I must say I did not have Josey cry for her nest mates as she did not have any. She was hand fed as a single baby but she had a small stuffed animal to cuddle with and I don't remember her crying for that.
Wow Monique, that is a lot of good information, you certainly did your homework and it will help others make that decision if faced with a choice of grey or macaw. Keep up the good work.
Give him some time for the vocabulary, some don't talk until they are around a year old, mine included. Sounds like things are going well but slow but soon you two will bond so have faith.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww it is so cute, and if it picked you then you will be happy you got it. I am happy for you and bringing it home soon, good luck to you and your new friend.
