    Ziggy is a very nice looking bird, she is as cute as you say she is, thanks for sharing her with us.
  4. You can't join in the fun if you don't join our forum so what is the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. You are full of it Dan, but thanks for the laugh. {Feel-good-0002006E}
  6. Well I guess I got my work cut out for me, I promised and I will deliver but when, that is the question.
  7. I remember that movie Dan and it was funny. Well you are certainly entitled to leave your grey nameless if thats what you want to do, I guess it is a conversation starter for sure.
  8. I always listen to you Talon, but do I always do what you say, what do you think? No one and I mean no one on this forum will fault you for your obsession with your bird, we all feel the same way, we know we are special people with special birds and no one else understands exactly how we feel but us here, you are in good company with us.
  9. Hello and welcome to the family, Andrew, glad you could join us and I think I will skip the part about telling us a little more about yourself, as we feel like we know you already thru Kristin. You two make a good couple and Makena is a very lucky grey to be a part of your family. If you have a photo of yourself you would like to post so we have a face to go with the name it helps, and Kristin said maybe she could get one of the three of you, that would be super.
  10. Not a whole lot, Emma, they pick who their favorites are but you can try being the one to give Floyd his treats and maybe that will earn some brownie points.
  11. If this is a pet it has to have a name, otherwise what do you call her.
  12. That would be hilarious, I hope you can.
  13. Glad to hear it, and its always good when you are with good friends.{Communicate-0002011B}
  14. I would recommend you have her checked out by an avian vet to rule out anything physical as the cause. She is not old enough for sexual maturity so it has to be something else. One of the members recommends using aloe vera juice mixed with water to spray them down with it and it helps their skin. But the vet check is first and then proceed from there. Let us know what you find out if anything.

  16. Who put the burr under your saddle today Joe, thats telling them with that Italian temper of yours. Don't mess with Joe's birds or else.:ohmy:
  17. We are not bored, just having a little fun.
  18. I love it Tracy, how cute those navels are. {Feel-good-000200BB}
  19. Certainly take him in for a vet visit if you think it is more than usual, if just for your own piece of mind, but shaking the head from time to time is common for greys.
  20. Congratulations, Tracy, for reaching that milestone 1000 posts, I knew you could do it and you do it well. I always look forward to reading your posts as I know they will be very informative and well written. You certainly know your greys and you should with 3 of them. I am proud to be one of your close friends here on this forum, I know if I have a problem I can come to you for advice and you hold nothing back and I know you feel the same way about me. Its people like you that make this forum such a family and I am so glad I am a part of that so keep up the good work, you go girl!!!!!!
  21. Thanks Tracy for the hug, right back at ya.
  22. If you need to be away for a week or two several times a year, you definitely need someone else to get to know your bird and be able to handle it to take care of it while you are away. You don't say whether you live with other people, spouse, childen, but maybe someone like that could do the job when you are away. When you take your bird in for a vet visit, you will find out if anything is not as it should be, but once you get it home you will observe what is normal and notice when it is not normal by being with it on a daily basis.
  23. That is so cute, Tracy, how adorable is that and now you have that to remember them as they were as babies. Thanks for sharing that with us. :)
  24. Hello and welcome to the family, Binkiesmom, glad you could join us, we look forward to hearing more from you about Binkie Jo. That speaks volumes about you that you could find it in your heart to take in this Tag, and I am so proud of you for doing that. Now that bird is loved and happy in his new home and you truly did save his life. I hope you get the photo posting thing figured out so we can get a look at Binkie Jo, I am sure he is a beautiful creature to behold. If you have any specific questions you would like to ask please do so, we will do our best to get you an answer and we will help you in any way we can.
